To Whom It May Concern,***I was a 'guest' at the Motel *, which is located on ***** West Loop **** North, San Antonio TX. My check in date was August *nd...Room ***. I 'promptly' checked out the following day. My stay at this particular place was, by far, the worst experience I've even had at ANY motel.****During my stay, I perhaps received * hours of adequate sleep. This was due to the entire *rd floor partying in the hallway, slamming doors throughout the day and night, and altogether being extremely rude and inconsiderate. That's not even the worst part...***After I complained "twice" to the front desk over the phone, I had to physically go downstate in order to get the manager to start knocking on doors to silence them up. The noise quieted down at approximately **:** p.m. Like clockwork, the doorslamming started again at *:**. The noise did not subside, rather it got louder.***Here is where it gets better.* I called the following morning to explain what had happened to a 'manager,' and I was told there was no manager on the premises. The individual on the other line had absolutely no customer relation skills, and pretty much brushed me off. Then she proceeds to "accidentally" hang up the phone on me. Later that morning, after having to drive back to that shady place to speak directly to a manager, I found out that the mysterious person on the other line was, in fact, a manager afterall.***Once I get to the establishment, I'm greeted by the "manager*nonmanager", which doesnt have a business card, lies yet again about her "correct title"...(perhaps early alzheimers kicking in.) Fact of the matter, when I attempt to speak over her, because now she's raised her voice several decibels, she abruptly raises from her seat, and leaves me talking to myself. Btw..this individual said that her name was "Kay", which I assume is a false "alter-ego personality."* I have a picture of her. Upon threatening to call the cops on me from behind the wall that's blocking us, I look over my right shoulder and see a picture that grabs my attention. We'll get to that later. Apparently theres 'someone' in the back office which is going to physically throw me off the premises, or so I've been told by the manager*nonmanager. I wait. Two minutes later, what I'm assuming is her husband, peeks around the corner, then hides back into the shadows. Wow.****No sooner does that occur, then another "employee" mysteriously appears from the back mystery room. This individual is yet 'another' manager. She lied to me AS WELL when I made my initial complaint on Friday. It seems as though people are ashamed of being managers, but dont feel ashamed of earning a managers wage at the Motel *. The story gets even better, or worse, depends on how you see things.****As I'm voicing my opinion, there's a quiet couple, standing next to me that heard everything. They divulged to me that they'd bought $** worth of edible party favors for their daughters bday.* They left to go out to dinner, and when they returned, house keeping had "stolen" the food. They went as far as to show me a picture of the display. I was livid after seeing that. I choose to leave that "business" because I was disgusted with "those" people. I could use ALOT of choice words, but they know what they are.***Needless to say, I plan on reporting them to the BBB, and any other platform that I can think of. This is just a rough draft. I plan on adding ALOT more details in the following email. I just wanted "someone" to know that these folks are using the Motel * name, but do NOT remotely personify the "friendly customer service" that's advertised on their website.*****Btw...the sign that was PROUDLY displayed in the front lobby clearly states**"We serve our veterans." I am a veteran. That sign is a blatant lie and I take offense that it's hanging in that slum. This place is beyond base.****A Very Disgusted "ex-customer",***Noel Villarreal***What I want is to be refunded my money, or get a free comped night at ANOTHER Motel *. At the very least
