I spend VIP money get treated like Trash...

From motel * customer Thomas Wiley been almost a month no discount **-**$,a night...Location Harrisonburg Va Linda Lane **I have been staying here for over * weeks at **- ** $ a night... I have put up with housekeeping half cleaning my room... Rude front desk women... and low water pressure..I have documented the whole issue with my cell phone video and intend to use it in court if need be.I have woke up with bites on my middle torso after laying on sheetz that were giving to me to change myself and claimed to be clean ..And i have no.pets so whats biting me is your guess as good as mine but I denand some type of comlensation or refund . I HAVE STAYED HERE ALMOST A MONTH AT **- **$ A NIGHT NO DISCOUNTAT ALL AND I WANT FREE WEEK OR SO OR SOME MOMEY PAYED BACK TO ME..If not km contacting a local attrny to pursue legL actions..Also when I ask to have my comforter and micro fleece switched out I never received it.. * and half weeks and same comforter and micro blanket on my bed... I asked if I can be compensated for my troubles and was laughed at pretty much... I like your motel chain and have had great stays over the years and spend a lot of cash over years and would like to continue... But a want compensation for all my troubles should be in line to fix the problems I've went through...i am wanting a refund of some of my month I've stayed here and a free *-* nights compementary stay or I'm seeking legal action.... I have whole ordeal video documented... don't wanna go that route I wanna let the company handle this on a respectful timing and fashion before I would go to legal actions
