hello I use your hotel readily because I travel a ton. I used your hotel at least ** times this year alone from Vegas to Maryland. I have never had an issue to this week at your Motel * NOW Airport in Baltimore. Checked in Sunday the **th of August and when got to the room there was no cable. I wasn't told upon check in there wasn't a workable television in the whole hotel. Last night I checked in also and the toilet ran all night them there was a flood on the floor at *** am. I went to front desk and they did say they would switch rooms but I declined because it was *** am and I was in a sound sleep and my fiance was to. This current hotel staff is great. it's very quiet here and close to work. I'm not happy though being lied to about the television and the bathroom. I spent to much money but to be offered compensation or a free night. my name is Maya Schwegler. You can check how many times Ive stayed in your hotels this year alone from Las Vegas to Maryland. I always book through booking.com or hotels.com. ive currently been in those location close to two weeks.
