Get my deposit back ... I have been at several motel * sites and been fortunate to get a late check out at times when needed. My friend took my truck to flying j ,right next door to fill it with fuel, we were waiting on the bed with all of our bags packed and ready to walk out the door. Housekeeping came to the door we opened it and grabbed our belongings, right then the phone rang, it was Rosa, she immediately became hostile and ignorant to my husband the second he answered. I was standing right by him. I could hear her yelling but could not make out what she was saying. I told my husband to grab our belongings and leave the room. I went to the office to get my deposit back. I asked for my deposit and Rosa instantly started yelling at me. I told her that her customer service skills were lacking, right then my husband opened the office door to check on me and Rosa immediately told him to get off the property without a reason he started walking away and flipped her off and she started yelling at me some more. at this point I had asked for my deposit back like * times and she told me she had to have the room checked. While the room was being checked she kept yelling at me, by this time she called her husband and said babe I need you really bad please come now. I asked again for my deposit back she said she was still waiting, but, I heard her get on the walkie talkie at this point and ask them to check my room. I was confused as to why she did not do this when I walked in the door of the office and asked for my deposit the first time. I guess because she was to busy yelling at me. At this time she proceeded to yell at me still not sure why no one had been disrespectful to her until my husband flipped her off. Which was * minutes into getting my deposit back. At this time her husband was standing behind me like I did something I asked once again for my deposit back she went to the till dumped all the change out getting my deposit out and counted it, then she counted it to me, I turned to leave and she told me I needed to sign so I did I put the pen on the counter turned to walk out and she threw the pen at me and proceeded to call me on wanting to kick my ***. Her words not mine, and told me we could take it out to the street. By this time I was pissed but kept walking she came out the door behind me kicking off her sandles and threatening me once again. She told me ***** are you scared, I told her I am sure I know who wears the pants in that family and it was not her husband. I left the property and I will not return to this motel again. Or any motel * Rosa has no customer service skills she is very rude and hostile. She immediately jumps to her own conclusions. I have heard other customers that we have spoke with and they said the same thing about Rosa. I try to form my own opinion about people but Rosa takes the cake. I will give motel * a million dollars worth of bad advertisement through talking to people. This was totally uncalled for, Rosa is not a good person to have in charge, I have never had an issue with any other desk person at this or any of your motels. But at this point I will never stay at another motel *. We don't stay for the price we stayed for the convieniet location. If you keep allowing Rosa to be in charge at the front desk I guarantee your business at this site will drop within the next year. I have been in customer service for at least ** years now. I would have never treated any of my customers with this appalling behavior. Good luck and I hope business for you gets better but with Rosa involved I guarantee it will not and I will definitely let everyone that ever asks me about motels know exactly what happened and how Rosa is allowed to demean customers and after talking to my husband about it she does not like white people. This really needs to be resolved. I will be getting with my attorney in the morning , Mr. Kim Walpole to see what I can do legally about the situation. *Thank you for your time.
Rosa needs to be removed from her position.
