I was very disappointed with my recent stay at motel * in suffolk Virgina. I have photos to back all of this up and at this point I want a refund or voucher to stay free at a different location. Please know I am the director of a large well known group out of North Carolina and travel to different states each month. If I dont get one of the two things I asked for I will never be staying at motel * again.**The key card reader was messed up and took ** tries each time to get in my room.**The door was missing a lock on the inside.**There was mold on the bathroom ceiling **No smoke alarm it was missing off the wall**Broken toilet **Ac wires bundles together with electrical tape and a piece of wire sticking out.**Very rude staff**Floors not swept for I dont know how long**No trashcan in room**Please get back to me asap**Michelle green
