Shower*clean for medical appointments. ... Good morning. I recently had a medical appointment in Madison, Wisconsin (July **th and **th) and stayed with Motel * on East Towne Blvd.**There was a sign on my door at check in indicating the water would be shut off the following day for several hours beginning at **:**am I believe. I went to shower earlier in the morning before my medical visit to NO hot water at all. This lasted the entire * days I was there. Very cold water indeed. I went more than ** hours without a shower. Not a good experience at all. **I have another medical visit pending on ********** though ********* and would like to try the same Motel *. I would kindly request this to be a complimentary stay. I appreciate your professional response to my request in advance. Wayne. Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
I was not verbally told about his issue at the desk, nor given a time frame for resolution. The desk attendants all replied "I don't know" and issued a very small discount for * of my * days without hot water. Approximately ten dollars of the *** dollars I had initially been charged (in accordance to my reservation) for * days. I had a medical issue and was not in a position to search for another place to stay.
Two free stays. Only to make up for my bad two night stays.
I have stayed at the Motel * numerous times while visiting Madison, and prior when it was The Baymont at the same address for ** years. I would estimate ** days at the Baymont and about ** days as The Motel *.
Complained to two desk attendants, and on this page where I received no * digit number via text. I tried twice to receive the text numbers to no avail. I would be pleased to speak with a representative if given a call, email or a number to reach management. I hesitate to offer my phone number here as I did not know this was a publicly viewed forum. Yet another problem altogether.
