I checked out of motel * in Hammond Indiana on *******. I moved out for personal reasons staying there by myself. I explained to the manger why I was checking out to stop payments for the few weeks I was going to stay. I was changed on the ******* twice. *$**.** and $**.**. She knew I wasn’t coming back to delete my card for the room. It was motel * in Hammond Indiana. My card should have not been used.
