The issue in GetHuman-layanadd's own words
So I checked in a few days ago. At that point I was on no sleep for * maybe * days. So I checked in and paid. Walked into my room and it had a weird smell. As I was sitting there I not only noticed one or two roaches but several. So I spent most of my night sitting outside. I ended up walking over to the ** hour grocery store and bought a bottle of roach spray it was * am. So I contacted guest relations who in turn talked to the office. She called me in the morning giving me an altimatum. "We either switch you rooms or a free night. " Ya I'm going to change rooms but I did not sleep in the room I spent most of it outside. Then last night there were * guys outside of my room by the stairs till * am and management didn't do anything about it. Security didn't say anything. Till I called and complained. Like Jesus Christ I went to the motel to sleep. Now I've only got * hours of sleep in the past week. I either want y'all to refund my money or put me in a room. Find a solution.
GetHuman-layanadd did not yet indicate what Motel 6 should do to make this right.
