I have been spending several days at MOTEL * in the ORANGE PARK* JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA area.This morning I woke at *:** a.m. so i could wash my laundry before others came to wash becuase I had been trying for a day to get this laundry cleaned.Motel * in ORANGE PARK has only * washing machines and * dryers.At this time only * washing machine is working so ot just adds to the problem.I arrived at the laundry unit at *:** a.m. and started one load to wash.Neither dryer was on at this time.I returned to dry my laundry at *:** a.m. and there was someone else's clothes in the dryer.I went back to my room but returned at * a.m.to dry my clothes.Only to find the same clothes in the dryers still.I went to the office and told the desk clerk of my time frame and ask her if I could fold the clothes and bring them to the desk clerk so she could give them to the owner. The desk clerk informed me that she knew who the laundry belong to and she tried calling but no one answered .The desk clerk told me to wait in the laundry unit and she would go get the lady.I proceeded to the unit and was there for about *ne minute and a couple walked in and the gentleman was very upset that there was no dryer available.I explained to him that I had been waiting to dry my laundry for a while.The lady who had her clothes in the dryer apologize for doing so and said she had fell asleep she was tired from working. The gentleman went to Raising Cane and cussing and telling her she was very dumb for doing what she had done. He then started yelling at me telling me I was not going to use that dryer that he had to get to work and he had to get his clothes dried whether I liked it or not. I explained to him that I had somewhere to be also and I needed my clothes dried and I had been there waiting longer than he had. At this point the man went to yelling at me and told me that he was trying his clothes and if I did not like it we can handle it outside. I took my wet clothes and headed back to my room when the man was hollering and telling his girlfriend from what I understood him to say was that he would cut my tires on my vehicle. This gentleman that I am speaking of lives at Motel * he is not just a guest here and there like I am I understand the importance of his money to the company but I also understand when I pay my money I should not have to be taken advantage of like this. Before I check that I went into the office and explain to the lady what had happened she told me that I should have come and got her and she would have took his clothes out and ride mine. The desk clerk was very helpful very sweet and kind I really appreciate her I'm going to buy her a thank you card and send to her because she was a very kind person both of the ladies you had work in this morning work I really appreciate that. Knowing that this gentleman lives where I sometimes rent a room at I will not go back there because I do not trust him he seemed very violent and I felt threatened by him. I have probably stayed four nights at least in the last week at Motel * in Orange Park and I've enjoyed it so far however room *** that I checked into yesterday had a very dirty floor with hair all in it had a toilet seat that was not connected to the toilet and when I sat down to use the restroom it pinched my leg and have a bad bruise there .I did not tell the office of this because I did not want to show them that area on my leg that is so close to my private part. The first night that I stayed at Motel * I was on the ground floor because I am disabled and I was kept Up All Night Long by the people above me and beside me partying walking hard on their floors where it's just kept me up a lot of noise I have a service dog and she was also kept awake and became very nervous over the noise. I would appreciate it if someone would email me or return my call I'm going to post my email but my phone number is area code *** *** ****. I will be staying at a Motel * at Jacksonville airport on Dunn Avenue or a location close to me.I would appreciate a full refund or a free night stay at one of your locations preferably Motel * on Dunn Avenue for tonight. I would appreciate someone to contact me as soon as possible about the situation thank you.
