I have sta*** at the Motel * in Sun City*Menifee, California, for * weeks.*I have paid thousands of dollars to stay there.*The motel is littered with transients, homeless, mentally ill people, and drug addicts THAT loiter the motel.*The motel manager*personnel do nothing about it.*I never felt safe being there.*On one oc***ion, a full water bottle was smashed* thrown at my window with people arguing outside and frightening my kids. *When we first arrived, on May **, ****, I requested a non-smoking room, my daughter has asthma.*I was given a smoking room and when I went to speak to the front desk about it (a woman from India), she insisted that it was a non-smoking room. I told her it was not and she wanted to argue with me. * The maid even showed me the sinage outside the room, indicating that it was clearly a smoking room. *I went back to the front office, a few days later, and the woman from India was at the front desk and I told her that my daughter was having trouble breathing and she said she would send the maid over and have her spray the room.*The maid spra*** and it left a very strong lingering odor. The room still smelled like smoke.*I then booked a resevation for three more weeks and again, we were given another smoking room.*I again let the Indian woman know and she clearly did not care. *We never had enough towels for three persons even though I politely asked for additional towels. *There were days when we had no towels at all.*The room was never cleaned completely.*There would be food left on the floors.*We were very careful and respectful when we sta*** there. *We caused no problem and nothing was ever damaged.*We never received any complaints from other customers nor the management at the Motel about our stay there. *Today, I arrived to check in and was told that we were on a DO NOT RENT LIST.*I asked Angelica why and she said she did not know.*She said she would cancel the reservation so we were charged nothing. She told me she was canceling the reservation right then and there. *I am appalled at the treatment we received.*I am requesting a full refund for the first week we were there and for half of the three weeks.*The motel had no qualms about taking thousands of dollars from me.*Please do the right thing and refund my money.
I trust that Motel 6 will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
