I have frequently been staying at your Motel * Speedway on International Speedway in Daytona Beach for the last month while I'm in transition of getting my first home I have been paying the weekly rate for me and my two children to stay at your hotel which I have been very happy with I had a three day grace period wearing have any money and I got help and somebody came up and paid *** for me when I came back in it took me an hour to get somebody to come to the desk I walked all around the hotel looking calling walk my kids over to McDonald's came back finally the guy was there his name is Sam it took him another ** minutes to check me in he charged my card $** for a pet fee after I told him I did not have the money to do that I would find somewhere else for my dog which I did and he charged my card Walmart that has never happened while I've had my dog here then he sent me and my children to the wrong room after unpacking everything I had to move two totally different room so when I checked in at *:** p.m. I wasn't settled into the room until almost *:** he was very rude and disrespectful entitled in some kind of way after begging him not to charge my card because all I had was money to feed my kids now my account is negative and I'm very upset I tell everybody how wonderful your hotel is how friendly the staff is how the renovations are great and the way I was treated and what I had to go through has had me up all night long I have no money to feed my children because of what this guy charge my bank I later find out that he's the owner's family everybody's been complaining of the way they've been treated by him as well this particular Motel location that I'm staying at is usually pretty much full there is a total of like * people here because of the way they're treated it's no Hospitality we pay a lot of money to stay in this hotel I paid almost $*,*** in the last ** days I have * days left until I move into my home which on Friday I was going to pay for the other five days I needed but now I will find somewhere else I'll pay the extra money * received the type of service that's deserved I have never put in a complaint and I'm ** years old and my life I am pissed right now I knows nobody is going to call me back and this email maybe for nothing my phone number is ***-***-**** my name is Ginni
