Then, too late to cancel, I get the list of what is missing or substituted. Nearly **% of my order and most of the food, including chicken which other supermarkets are stuffed with. None were substituted. The substitutes that have been made are all unacceptable and many are double the price of those I ordered, or completely different.**The whole point of the online order was so I, as a vulnerable person, will not have to go out. As it is I might just have well done so and bought the goods I wanted at lower cost and from a greater range.**Unable to call customer service, after waiting for ** minutes the line went dead. I would like to reject the whole order as it is going to be a lot of hassle to reject the substituted items which is done individually via an online form.
That the ddleiveruy is pretty useless as I'm not going to get any food and will have to go out shopping. As a vulnerable person I have been trying to avoid that
