Hi, I received my first delivery last night from your company. I have been self isolating for nearly * weeks and this was the first delivery I could get. I understand that at this present time everyone is experiencing unprecedented challenging times. I was very disappointed that nearly ** items were missing from my order and around ** substitutes. The substitutes were in some cases a lot more expensive than the previous items I ordered. It was a particularly large shop as I am unable to go personally to a supermarket. Why does it show that the items I have ordered are available on your website? Then I received some items which were substituted with the items that weren’t available originally? I went online to Tesco and got a click and collect arranged for today and got all the items that we’re missing or substituted and last night returned items to your driver. I know it is a difficult time for everyone just now but I feel that your stock control is sadly lacking and for that reason I doubt even under these trying conditions procuring my shopping from Morrison’s will have to be reconsidered. I was disappointed that your delivery staff weren’t wearing gloves and didn’t stand back from the door. Mrs Manson
