I set up an account. Spent time doing online shop. Put in voucher*code VOU*******. Message appears code is only valid for speciific*deliveries no further advice offered.*I checked voucher cloud and another site same code offered*validation date not expiring until *********So I call your customer services which was one of the most*frustrating calls I've had. The advisor continued to state Morrisons*don't except third party vouchers. Aaahhhhhh!!!*I have cancelled my food order. There is no incentive to continue. If*asked would I recommend Morrisons the answer is difinitively no.*Total waste of my time. I would like a response into this matter.*I have an email trail from Morrisons welcoming me and so forth. I*was entitled to use the voucher and was not able to address my*query to satisfactory conclusion with your customer services*department. The link below demonstrates same offer in line with*topcashback.*I look forward to your response.*Regards*Alison Wakeling**Following on from the above a call back was received from call centre manager to repeatThe advisor continued to state Morrisons don't except third party vouchers. **II can't have been the only person accessing that offer. Topcashback do not sblib and the voucher would have been in agreement with Morrisons. Common sense denites third parties do not decide on Morrison deals.**I was left angry and frustrated the onus was squarely placed on me and frankly I felt stupid.**I am looking for a resolution and would like some money off vouchers that work online as recognition of this sorry saga and for Morrisons to honour the discount.
