I have always had positive experiences with Mophie. However, I am currently facing difficulties reaching their customer service. I've made multiple calls, with the first two resulting in me hanging up due to long wait times. I am currently on hold for nearly 20 minutes now. My S9+ case has not been charging correctly, and last night it became so hot that it was uncomfortable to hold the phone. Given these recent issues, I believe a refund is necessary. While I appreciate the case's convenience, the overheating problem is a significant concern for me. I kindly request a refund at this time.

I recently purchased a Mophie battery charger from Verizon, but unfortunately, it is not functioning properly. Verizon advertised 24-hour customer service, but I have been put on hold whenever I tried to contact them. I am requesting a refund or a replacement charger. If the issue persists, I plan to return the product to Verizon directly. I am displeased with the customer service experience and find it unacceptable to deal with a malfunctioning refurbished item. I will visit Verizon in person to have them assist in resolving this matter with you. I expect either a functional replacement or a full refund without having to pay any additional fees.

My Mophie iPhone 7 Plus charger worked perfectly for about a year. However, recently, when I attempt to charge my phone using only the charger, it seems to connect and disconnect repeatedly, accompanied by a notification sound on the phone. I tried resetting the phone, but it didn't resolve the issue. Interestingly, if I simultaneously plug in a charging cable, everything works as normal. This problem has only arisen recently, after a year of trouble-free use.

Hello, I recently purchased a Mophie battery case for my Samsung Galaxy S9 because my husband has one for his iPhone and loves it. However, my experience has been terrible. Even after charging the phone and case, when my phone drops below 10% and I activate the case, it only charges up to 12% before running out of power. I am confused why it doesn't fully charge my phone like it does for the iPhone. I returned one case thinking it was defective, but the same issue persists with the replacement case. I hope to find a solution to make the battery case work properly. Thank you for your assistance.

I am inquiring about the process to return my faulty Mophie juice pack. Is there specific paperwork or a return authorization number that I need to include? While I appreciate the availability of live support from Murphy for more complex queries, I prefer a quick resolution and do not require live assistance for this matter. My current lack of internet access makes it challenging to navigate through numerous emails from Mophie and Zagg, which come from various email addresses, causing confusion. I believe there is a need for a more seamless customer support system from Mophie/Zagg, incorporating chat support and a clear email contact.

I recently purchased a Morphie wireless charging pad (disk-shaped). After plugging it in and placing my iPhone X on it to charge, my phone was at 60% battery. However, 10 minutes later, my phone is now completely unresponsive and won't charge using a standard iPhone charger. I'm concerned about this issue with my expensive phone and would like assistance with resolving it.

I recently purchased a Morphie wireless charging pad (disk-shaped). After placing my iPhone X on the pad to charge while it was at 60%, I returned after 10 minutes only to find my phone completely unresponsive and drained. Despite trying to charge it with a standard iPhone charger, my phone remains inert. Given the investment in these devices, I am seeking assistance in having my iPhone fixed or replaced. I would appreciate speaking with someone regarding this matter.

I recently received a Mophie Juice Pack Air for our anniversary, but unfortunately, it has not been working properly. Despite following the instructions, the battery only lasted about 7 hours of Pandora listening instead of the 27 hours as advertised on the box. I managed to locate the receipt and now I am seeking advice on what might be the issue and what steps I can take to address it. In addition, the screen protector my wife got for me only lasted a week before developing a crack. Even though it's not affecting the screen itself, the crack is about an inch long across the top. I typically carry my iPhone 8 in a police-style holster due to arthritis, making pocket storage a challenge for me.

I purchased two juice packs from you, and both ended up swollen after use. The first order was #[redacted]. You exchanged the first broken pack in 01/15/[redacted] with M2R[redacted]8F. Now, after a year, the packs are swollen again. I suspect there may be issues with your product's manufacturing. This has caused damage to my cellphone and charger port. I have a complaint request #[redacted] regarding this matter. Additionally, I inquired about a gift card (Code: GC-O8T0-R437-VG8V) you sent instead of a refund for the broken item, with Zagg request #[redacted]. I prefer a refund over a gift card. Trying to use the gift card at your store was unsuccessful, and Zagg suggested using a Self-Service Warranty Portal instead. This process proved to be time-consuming and frustrating. If I do not receive a refund, I will escalate this matter further. Please provide me with the manager's full name and ID for my complaint.

When using the official ATT wireless charger, both the iPhone 8 and Mophie Juice Pack charge to [redacted]%. However, it appears that the Juice Pack is only serving as a protective case for the phone, rather than functioning as a charger. Despite the Juice Pack showing a full charge (all 4 lights lit up), the phone's battery level decreases and the Juice Pack doesn't seem to charge the phone at all. This issue has been noticed on newer iPhones starting from the iPhone 6. Even with a brand new iPhone 8 from ATT, the Juice Packs tested still do not charge the phone properly. What could be causing this problem?

I bought 2 Mophie cases for my iPhone 10 in March [redacted], and both seem to have charging issues. One case loses its charge quickly and takes a long time to recharge. The other case doesn't charge at all on the charging pad I purchased. Interestingly, the first case charges fine on the pad, but I have to remove the phone from the second case to charge it. These cases are almost 9 months old. Any advice on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.

While riding my bicycle, my phone fell off the clip into the grass. The phone is fine, but I couldn't find the small number 1 piece shown in the diagram of your Mophie juice pack. Your Mophie is a great product. It allows me to go on long cruises on my bicycle without worrying about my phone running out of power while using a bicycle app to track my stats during the ride. I hope you have an extra top part (number 1) available. Thank you in advance for your response. - William

I have a Mophie juice pack Access for my iPhone 11 Pro to extend the battery life. I've always used Mophie for my iPhones, but I'm confused now because it has two inputs - one for the iPhone and one for the juice pack. There's a three-second hold on the Mophie button to connect the Mophie to charge my phone, but I'm unsure how it works. Can I charge both the phone and the juice pack by leaving the Mophie on overnight with a USB cable, or do I need the magnetic cordless charger? Also, which setting should be active when pressing for 3 seconds - the single light on the back of the Mophie or the sequence of all 4 lights quickly flashing?

I recently purchased a Mophie charging station for my Samsung Galaxy S10 from Amazon. I already own an identical one that works well, which my wife gifted me a couple of years ago. Surprisingly, the new one I received from Amazon turned out to be faulty from the start. It had a starting charge of three dots above the black button, but when I tried to use it on my wife's phone, it didn't work. Despite attempting to charge it up, pushing the black button shows no lights, and the bottom light blinks on and off slowly. I'm unsure if it's an issue with the battery or another problem with the Mophie charging station. Any assistance would be appreciated.
