I own a [redacted] Jeep Liberty Limited and experienced ongoing issues with it missing. After Ottawa Chrysler (now Victory Chrysler) diagnosed a warped head and replaced it for nearly $[redacted], the problem persisted. They then suggested a new catalytic converter and O2 sensors costing an additional $[redacted]. Eventually, they advised a new engine for around $[redacted] due to right side malfunctions. Disappointingly, despite the misdiagnosis of the initial head issue, they refused to credit me back or reimburse for the catalytic converter and sensors. The only compensation offered was free oil changes for a year, which may not be convenient. I believe I should be refunded for the head replacement and the subsequent parts and labor costs incurred at Victory Chrysler in Ottawa, KS. I am Martin W.

Hello, I require assistance in determining the engine's manufacturing year in a vehicle with VIN 1C4HJWKG6FL595618. This vehicle brought to our repair center requires significant repairs. We uncovered a possible issue linked to OE service bulletin 09-[redacted]-14, although the build date is outside the stated years. As the vehicle is covered by an external warranty, Jeep Australia does not need to handle it, but we are trying to confirm if the engine aligns with the specified build. Despite extensive efforts within the Australian network, we have been directed to dealers for the motor's production date, but unfortunately, we haven't received cooperation. I recently had the original head unit stolen from my [redacted] Dodge Charger with navigation, including a 22-pin wiring harness. To install an aftermarket head unit, I purchased a replacement harness but still have seven wires unconnected. All speaker wires, two constant, and two ground wires are connected. Currently, my interior lights, windows, trunk latch button, and the car are all experiencing issues with the remaining wires unhooked. White and white/orange wires may be connected to the Can bus, while dark green/yellow, dark green/orange, dark green, dark green/orange, dark green/blue, grey/orange, and grey/blue wires are still unattached. There is also an additional 10-pin connector that needs attention. Any assistance with the wiring would be greatly appreciated.
