The issue in GetHuman-meshelma's own words
I signed a ** month contract, **-********, ******* during the period in which I had a one month, $***, account. My Account Rep, Kim Rivas, confirmed to me by email **** that the $*** would be refunded by a credit to my American Express account. I followed up with Kim ****, and she stated that the $*** credit would be issued that day, ****. As of *** I have received no credit, and am unable to reach Kim. I need to receive the promised $*** credit prior to **** in order to make the first quarter payment on the ** month contract, due ****.
GetHuman-meshelma did not yet indicate what Monster.com should do to make this right.
