I buy about 8 to 10 Mean Bean Java Monsters every week for the past year and a half. I am completely addicted to them; they are my favorite drink ever! Even though I have tried some of the other flavors, Mean Bean is my top choice. Today, my daughter and I bought two cans at Quik Trip and noticed that one can had Mocha flavor instead of Mean Bean. While pouring it into glasses, we saw the darker color and immediately noticed the different taste. It's probably just a mix-up at the company, but I would appreciate a free coupon for a Mean Bean Monster to make up for it. I want to thank you in advance! Just to clarify, it was only one can; the other one was correct.

I am writing to inform you about another issue with the White Monster Energy Zero Ultra cans. The batch I recently purchased has a code on the bottom of the can as G 2105M19135 and a UPC number [redacted]74. The numbers on the side of the barcode are [redacted]. This can was bought at Meyer located at [redacted] Harrison Ave., Dent Ohio. Upon opening the 16-ounce can, I noticed a strong chemical taste, although this time there was no discernible smell. This occurred after previously experiencing a similar issue. I am not requesting free coupons, I simply enjoy your product and want to highlight this recurring problem in the hope that it can be resolved.

This morning, I purchased a Monster HydroSport Charge for the first time. After taking a sip, I immediately noticed a strong chemical taste reminiscent of nail varnish that made my throat burn. I found a small, transparent worm-like object in the drink, which alarmed me. The scent of the beverage was overpowering with chemicals, causing my eyes to water. I experienced dizziness and nausea. After drinking water, I felt better in a few hours. I still have half of the worm-like thing in the bottle, which I intend to keep for testing. I am relieved that someone with COVID did not come into contact with it, as it could have resulted in a worse outcome if they lost their taste and smell. I would appreciate a prompt response. I am a fan of two of your drinks - the Pink Lemonade Rehab, which I haven't seen in years, and the Raspberry Rehab, which I absolutely love. I recently moved to Carlisle, Ohio, and it's been about a year since I was able to enjoy my favorite Raspberry Rehab. The non-carbonation of this drink is what I appreciate the most, and other flavors like lemonade peach and strawberry lemonade just don't compare. As a recovering drug addict who has been sober for six years and struggles with back problems, having my Raspberry Rehab is a source of motivation for me to enjoy activities like fishing and gardening. It would mean a lot to me if I could have access to this drink again as it helps me stay on track and away from my past self. Thank you for considering my request.

I recently purchased a case of 24 16 oz Monster energy drinks from BJ's as I usually do twice a month. After buying this time, I noticed that three cans had pinholes and were empty. Unfortunately, I only realized this issue when I was halfway through the pack. When I tried to return the defective cans without a receipt, the store refused since I had already consumed some of them. I even asked for just three replacement cans, but I was denied. This type of problem has never occurred in my previous purchases, and given the amount I spend annually on Monster, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance in this situation.

I bought a Monster Rehab: Peach beverage at the Irving Oil located at [redacted] Madison Ave, Skowhegan, ME [redacted] on 6/28/[redacted]. The drink was fully sealed and intact. After opening it and taking a sip, I was shocked to find a sharp black plastic piece (about 1/2" in size) in the drink, which almost made me gag. This couldn't have dropped into the drink as I had just opened and consumed it. I've come across multiple similar reports from other individuals. What's the issue here?

My partner and I have been loyal customers of Monster Energy for over 17 years, enjoying their drinks daily. Recently, we've noticed a strong vinegar odor when opening the cans. Initially, we thought it was a local problem, but even after buying from different places, we encountered cans and cases with the same foul smell and taste. This is a new issue for us after years of drinking Monster, and we hope to highlight it in case others are facing the same. Due to the frequent occurrence and resulting waste of money, we are unfortunately switching to a different brand for now. We no longer have the cans or QR codes since we disposed of them once we noticed the problem. We are unsure about requesting a refund but hope this issue is temporary and not a permanent change in Monster's formula. We are also interested to know if others have encountered this problem as well.

I recently purchased 12 cans of Monster Energy drink from Menards while they were on sale. The first few cans were fine, but the next 2 I drank tasted absolutely disgusting. Despite not being expired and showing no visible issues, they had a terrible, almost rancid taste. I've been a long-time drinker of Monster but never experienced anything like this. Hello, my name is Rali. I enjoy all Monster Energy drinks and consume them regularly. I am a fan of Monster Energy merchandise and have always dreamed of owning a small fridge filled with their drinks. Recently, I purchased several packs of Monster from Sainsbury in Walthamstow, London. Unfortunately, one of the cans was flat and another unopened can is only half full despite showing no signs of damage. I estimate it to be around 230ml. I am hoping to receive some form of compensation from Monster Energy for this experience. I have a strong desire to own a small Monster Energy mini fridge stocked with all their varieties and love their merchandise. I expressed my interest via email and shared that I commute [redacted] miles daily from Brooksville, Florida, to Venice, Florida, where I work as a security guard. Today, I received a $1,[redacted].00 check along with detailed instructions. The letter instructed me to keep $[redacted].00, use $[redacted].00 for the first week's payment, $50.00 for gas, and reserve $1,[redacted].00 for the car wrap. The contact person named in the letter is Jimmy Nathan, stating he is the Car Wrap Campaign Manager, reachable at [redacted] or [redacted] Before proceeding, I seek confirmation if Jimmy Nathan exists and if this offer is legitimate from your company to avoid falling victim to a scam. I experienced a similar situation with Jimmy Nathan regarding a car wrap campaign. I responded with limited personal details, expressing interest. While awaiting their reply, I delved deeper into the matter. Today, a $1,[redacted] check came with instructions to deposit it and inform them post-deposit. The enclosed letter stated that they would provide details later to transfer $1,[redacted] via PayPal for the decal installation. However, after further online research, it appears to be a common scam.
