I send money to my family in the Philippines every two weeks. all of a sudden i can't. I call and I am told it's a high risk area and they really don' provide me with any competent information. I have been sending money for ** years to the same person. I have know the person I am sending to, my sister in law. One time I send and it is received, the next time they refuse to send. Your service is going in the toilet. My solution is you get back to the service that yours customers go to you for!
GetHuman-three_fi did not yet indicate what Moneygram should do to make this right.
