I had a terrible time with getting my flexship set up I canceled the order for *-**-**** an set up a order for *-**-**** an it let me do the grabbag special but then it didn’t offer me the choice for my only for you item which I want the blow out cream An didn’t offer me the two samples which I wanted to try rejuvenate oil then yesterday I get my confirmation for the order of *-**-**** this morning I get another confirmation for a order on *-**-**** which I thought I canceled out by clearing my flexship date an clearing that order an made the one for *-**-**** so please cancel the order of *-**-**** an add the only for you item An samples I wanted put into the *-**-**** order. **I called your *-***-***-**** three times an went thru the commands only to find out on * it states sorry I did not get that did it again get the same message then the third try stated still did not get that transferring you to an agent hear a short bit of music then it goes dead this is very annoying on the phone An then you can’t even clear your flexship order it must pop right back in when you cleared it an now get two shipments one day apart it is very irritating.
GetHuman-tmjken did not yet indicate what Monat should do to make this right.
