I had a frustrating experience trying to claim a rebate for my grill purchase due to unclear online instructions. Despite following the steps and submitting all necessary paperwork by mail, I was rejected for reasons such as "not enough purchased" and items not being on the same sales receipt. I bought a grill, a 24-pack of Coors Banquet, and a 6-pack of Sol beer, all listed on one receipt. The whole process has been a hassle due to the poorly designed promotion. I'm seeking for my rebate to be honored. While not expecting anything extra, maybe a free 6-pack of beer could make up for the inconvenience. Just needed to share my frustration. Thank you, Suzanne H.

I previously raised my concern a few weeks ago about the Molson Canadian 15-pack - Oilers edition. Each can we opened foamed over, and while the beer did not taste different to us, we have noticed a skunky taste often which we had attributed to the store we bought it from. However, it seems the overall quality of the beer has decreased. Sadly, the customer service is also lacking in quality as it appears consumer feedback is disregarded. As a result, we have switched to Kokanee and rediscovered what good beer tastes like. Thank you for your lack of response.

I have been getting emails from someone named Destiny Hall claiming to work for Coors. I initially showed interest in putting a car decal but changed my mind before receiving any money or design. When she insisted on sending money and later wanted me to send funds to a third party, I realized it was a scam and decided not to proceed. Now, after rejecting her requests, she has started sending threatening emails mentioning the FBI and CIA. I plan to report this to my attorney and the Federal Trade Commission. Can anyone confirm if she actually works for Coors?

While attending a Boston Red Sox game during the playoffs last year, I had the chance to try and enjoy Coors Edge non-alcoholic beer. Before that, the only other non-alcoholic beer I liked was Labatt’s Blue. I found the flavor of Coors Edge to be superior to Labatt’s Blue. However, I have been struggling to find Coors Edge in my area. Although I have come across it in a few places in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and at Fenway Park in Boston, my search in restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores in the United States has been unsuccessful. Currently in Kissimmee, Florida for the next month, I am reaching out for assistance in locating a source for Coors Edge. If there are any challenges with your sales representatives, please feel free to contact me. Thank you, I anticipate your response. - Ron McPherson

I am seeking assistance in reaching Helen Antoniou Molson. I recently enjoyed her book, "Back to Beer…and Hockey: The Story of Eric Molson," and wish to contact her regarding a family matter involving an individual named Christophe Colinet. He is a master stonemason who worked on the Molson residence in Kennebunkport for 18 years and holds them in high esteem. I would like to send a letter to Helen Molson detailing Christophe's connection to the family. Could you please provide me with an address to ensure that Helen receives my letter? I would greatly appreciate your help, as I believe Helen would find the information interesting. Thank you for your time. Keith R., [redacted] 1/2 S. 7th St., Mapleton, Iowa [redacted].

Last week, I purchased a case of Coors Light at the Beer Store with the expectation of receiving a Free Raptors t-shirt after the employee mentioned the promotion. However, upon entering my code "AKQQCP" on the website, I was disappointed to find out that the t-shirts were out of stock. This was frustrating as there was no indication on the beer case about limited quantities. I am eagerly looking forward to receiving the promised t-shirt.

I have been attempting to redeem a coupon for a complimentary Raptors long sleeve shirt for over a month. However, whenever I try, the site indicates that they are currently "out of stock" with no additional details on restocking. This lack of information is quite frustrating! I would prefer if there were no offers for free items rather than feeling misled by what seems like a false advertisement. It makes me consider exploring different products despite being a loyal Coorslight fan for a long time. It would be helpful if the website could simply explain that the offer will be honored once the stock is replenished. I am also curious about what will happen after the expiration date of the promotion.

As of September 11th, [redacted], we have decided to cease purchasing your products and visiting your establishments due to your endorsement of the current president. The United States is not a fascist or anarchist nation; we do not have a monarchy or dynastic succession. However, during this administration and the next, each day seems to be worse unless you condone deceit, avarice, and malpractice. Your association with the president implies complicity in his actual re-election strategy: exploit the pandemic, undermine mail-in voting, disrupt the postal service, and enlist foreign assistance. This amounts to extreme voter suppression with no consideration for the well-being of the populace, resulting in needless loss of life and devastation to livelihoods. With your backing, the president has infected and destabilized every arm of the federal government. Comparisons to past dictators and the concerning actions reminiscent of pre-World War II Germany are unsettling. It is evident that the president, aware of his dwindling chances of re-election, is resorting to authoritarian tactics akin to Putin in a desperate bid to perpetuate a fraudulent victory. The reputation of the United States has been tarnished by this third-rate swindler, relegating us to a fourth-rate status with your support. We urge you to either step down or cease the erosion of a nation that was once a symbol of promise, as evident in our history and ancestral legacy. Kindly refrain from replying or reprinting. Sincerely, M. M. and Family

Subject: Request for Information About HMCS YORK Sign Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing on behalf of the HMCS YORK Association to inquire if you hold any information in your records concerning a sign that was reportedly donated by Molson's Brewery in Toronto between the late 1950s and mid-1960s. This sign, featuring a fouled anchor with a crown, has been a prominent fixture at HMCS YORK, the Toronto Naval Reserve Division located at [redacted] Lake Shore Blvd. W. The oval sign, mounted with side swivels, showcases a red and black crown and anchor on a white background, resembling Molson's Stock Ale advertising. It is said that the sign was originally a Molson's Stock Ale advertisement surplus, later modified by Molson's and gifted to HMCS YORK due to the Naval Reserve Division's significant consumption of Molson beers. As we plan to restore the sign for the centennial celebration of our establishment in [redacted], any help in confirming its history would be invaluable. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. Sincerely, Andy P. Vice-President, HMCS YORK Association

I have purchased Belgian Moon beer in Manitoba for the third time, and I am disappointed with the quality. While seeing bits of yeast in beer might be normal, I find it unappetizing to have them floating in my glass. Although I have enjoyed this beer without issue in Ontario, encountering this problem repeatedly in Manitoba is frustrating. I haven't experienced this with any other beer. I would appreciate a response, as I am considering seeking alternatives and advising others to do the same.

My name is Eric Morgan, and I have two sons: David, 8 years old and high on the autism spectrum, and Moses, 6 years old also high on the autism spectrum with no speech. Their mother, Kim Lundsford, aged 46, has been struggling with mental health issues and has been drinking a lot of Coors Light, which has led to significant problems. As a result, the children have been removed from Kim's care and are currently with foster parents two hours away. There are ongoing legal matters with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) and regular drug and alcohol screenings. Due to the situation, the boys are now on heavy psychological medication to manage their autism, which I have expressed concerns about. Coors Light has caused a serious rift in our family and has created a challenging situation for us all.

Having years of distribution sales experience, I believe that selling a product like Coors Light doesn't require a degree in advertising, just a practical approach. Rather than following the trend of “Woke” messaging like Bud Light and Miller Light, which saw a decline in sales, why not go back to what works? Utilize classic marketing strategies, such as featuring beautiful women in bikini commercials. By listening to your customers' preferences and staying away from divisive messaging, you can appeal to the majority, who prefer traditional advertising. Coors, being a well-established American company, has the opportunity to connect with customers in a way that resonates with them. I hope you consider this perspective for the success of Coors Light. Best, B.G.

I particularly enjoy Molson Canadian beer during the summer months. I usually purchase a 6-pack every weekend at Sobey’s in Innisfil, Ontario. On more than one occasion, I've experienced the carton breaking open, causing the beer cans to fall. Fortunately, I haven't had any broken toes yet. I suggest improving the design of the 6-pack cartons to better support the weight of the cans. As a loyal customer, I hope this feedback helps enhance the packaging of your product. Dianne D.
