i was trying to log onto technic launcher when i noticed my password was not recognised. ... i couldn't access my minecraft account as password wouldn't work, requested a password reset but reset password email wont come through to my email account. i've provided what i believe is my transaction ID (downloaded via paypal from back in ****). I believe my email linked to my minecraft account is compromised so i need a new email so i can reset my password, once my minecraft account has been found. It is very frustrating not being able to play.
I've spent lots of money on my minecraft account and im noticed on many servers i play on, let alone my youtube channel that i cannot restart after a lengthy break as its now an uncontrollable account that i cannot access.
I would like this resolved as i want to use my account again, but I would also love some sort of communication from mojang ( that's not automated) to at least let me know they had received my support ticket and that they was looking into the matter.
I bought my minecraft account back in march ****, it is a migrated account and its been my escape for *yrs. I have also purchased * other minecraft accounts after purchasing my main account.
Tried resetting my password on another computer network to make sure it wasn't an issue my end, but it still wouldnt work. Im patiently waiting for a response from mojang support but i've heard nothing at all for nearly a month now :(.
