I have an issue linking my Playstation account to my Microsoft account. Whenever I try to log in on the Minecraft home screen, it repeatedly shows an error message. I found a solution on YouTube that involves deleting certain saved entries with a symbol on them before opening Minecraft. This allowed me to connect to my Microsoft account successfully. The problem arises when I close and reopen Minecraft, and I have to repeat the deletion process each time. It's quite frustrating. Please help me resolve this!

I need help editing my account as I no longer have access to my email address, which was deleted due to inactivity. I realized this when trying to update my security questions. Is there a way to transfer my account to a new email address? I can still log in but can't change certain settings, like skins. My account is associated with [redacted], and my Minecraft username is DeathKid110.

I'm attempting to update my skin. I've had the same one for a long time. To make changes, I must answer security questions which I can't recall. Resetting them isn't an option since the email linked to the account is no longer accessible. Furthermore, I can't modify the email without addressing the security questions. I'm trapped in a frustrating cycle and don't know how to resolve the issue.

Hello, I'm a German player who has spent a lot of time playing Minecraft on my Mojang account. Unfortunately, I have lost all my account information and can no longer access my Minecraft account. I only have my Minecraft username as a reference, but I have a new email address. I'm wondering if there is any possibility to recover my account by using my PC ID since I know it can be used to identify and ban users from servers. Can I get my Minecraft account back this way?

My Minecraft Java Edition account has been deleted. I have been using it since beta, so this situation is frustrating. Despite not receiving the password reset emails, I was able to create a new account with the same email address. I have proof that the account is connected to this email through a confirmation email about migrating to a Mojang account. I have been waiting for a response for 2 weeks and just want access to my account with all my previous purchases intact.

I am experiencing difficulties loading one of my Minecraft survival worlds on Xbox One. When attempting to load the world, an error message displays stating, “There was a problem loading this world,” and then it returns me to the world selection screen. I have attempted to resolve this issue by reinstalling the game, but to no avail. Unfortunately, I have not received any specific information regarding why the world fails to load. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Regards, Enderslayer2454

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Minecraft account. Since January 2, I have been unable to log in. Initially, I logged in successfully at a different location but later encountered issues where it would not accept my password. Despite attempting to reset the password through Mojang, I have not received any emails from them. This account is significant to me as I have invested both time and money, holding ranks on various servers. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved with no response from Mojang. To assist with verifying my ownership, I am providing a gift code for the account: 3C6WD-QRWRX-RPH23-229D4-VG96Z. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention. Best regards.

I have been experiencing difficulty accessing my Minecraft account since last October. Upon trying to log in, a message prompted me to verify my account, but despite completing the verification steps, I never received an email from Mojang. I have thoroughly checked all folders for this email, including spam and junk, but it never arrived. Despite sending multiple help requests to Mojang, I have only received an automated response indicating a delay in their support responses. It is worth noting that my email has remained the same, and I can still access my Mojang website account. When attempting to play Minecraft, I am restricted to the demo version. In a desperate attempt to regain access, I even tried to repurchase Minecraft, but an error message informed me that my email is already associated with an account. Any suggestions on how I can resolve this ongoing issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am a Minecraft player and would like to suggest a feature. In the Nether, it's so hot that water disappears since the Nether is labeled -1, below the Minecraft normal world. This explains its heat. Considering the End is labeled 1, above the Overworld, maybe in the End, water could freeze into ice because it resembles an outer space environment, making it very cold. If Minecraft was real, existence in the Nether or End would limit life to 4 hours due to possible black holes resulting from portals ripping holes in the universe. I'm not complaining; I love the Nether and the End features. I just wanted to share some observations. I hope you consider my suggestion for Minecraft. - A Minecraft player

I am trying to access an old Minecraft account that I no longer have access to the email it was registered with. The email in question is [redacted] This email was associated with my previous ISP, and I did not update it when I changed providers, thus losing access to the account password. As much as I would like to regain access to my account, I am unsure of what steps can be taken since there is no direct link to verify my ownership. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of identity if that would be helpful. I do have a Mojang account linked to [redacted], but it does not have ownership of the Minecraft account. It was only created for the purpose of accessing the support system. If feasible, I would appreciate if the old Minecraft account could be transferred to my Gmail address. It should be evident that the account CrashCourse1092 has been inactive for quite some time, supporting my request. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've had a Mojang account for a few years now, and starting on March 4th, I've been attempting to log in to Minecraft. However, I keep receiving an error stating that either the email or password is invalid, even though I am positive they are correct. I've made several attempts to reset my password but have not received any emails. While I can access my email, I am unable to change it without the Transaction ID. At this point, I am following the instructions in the second to last paragraph by trying to reach out to Mojang using the email associated with my account. Unfortunately, I am unsure how to contact them as I cannot locate their email address, and the contact system on their website is not responsive when I use my linked email for the Mojang account.

Hello, I am a PS4 user and have been playing Minecraft multiplayer with my friends on the same console for a while now. As you may know, they recently introduced the Bedrock Edition on PS4 to enable cross-platform play and other exciting features. To play a world created in the PS4 edition in the new version on PS4, you need to convert the world, but I have been unable to do so for two reasons: 1) I am unable to access a Microsoft account from my console. It tells me to try again later, and I have been trying for about two months with no solution. 2) When trying to convert the world, it tells me that there is insufficient memory. Checking the Minecraft memory, the "Storage" bar is less than 1/6, while the available space on my console is over [redacted] GB. I doubt it is a real storage problem because the world weighs [redacted] MB, if I am not mistaken. I have tried different solutions to both problems, such as reinstalling the game, freeing up more memory, deleting all saves except the one I want to convert, but nothing worked. The issue persists, and I have been trying to fix it since the update, but to no avail. I even waited, hoping it might just be a bug that needed fixing, but that was not the case. I kindly ask for your advice and help. Regards.

I am the father of user glz777. This morning, I tried to purchase Minecraft Java edition. The payment platform rejected the transaction, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. As the platform encountered an error, I was unable to download the game. At this point, we have two options: 1. Provide me with the game download as the payment has already been processed by my bank. 2. Reject the validated payment and I will need to repurchase within 10 days before I can reclaim the funds. If the payment is taken without granting me access to the game, I will dispute the charge with my bank and not complete the purchase. Sincerely, Luis Gabriel Martin Ruiz Email: [redacted]

Hello, I recently attempted to purchase Minecraft Java Edition. Unfortunately, there was an error during payment processing, leading me to believe the transaction was unsuccessful. However, after checking my bank app, I discovered that I was actually charged twice for the game without receiving the product. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

The Minecraft app on my iPad stopped working since February 21st. Upon opening it, the Mojang logo appears briefly with loading bars, then quickly crashes back to the homescreen. An error message flashes momentarily that we managed to capture in a video. It reads: Top of the screen: Global Resources Reset Resources failed to load previously Account Error box: An error with your account has occurred, preventing access to the marketplace. If the issue persists, contact support via the help button. Error List: Error Number -9 The message disappears before we can click the help.mojang.com button. We seek guidance on resolving this matter without losing my son's progress. Thank you.

Good morning, yesterday I reached out to the Minecraft support center through their official website to explain my issue. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response, and now I am feeling a bit concerned. While trying to purchase a Minecraft Premium subscription online with my bank card, I encountered some difficulties. I created an account smoothly but faced payment issues. I attempted the transaction three more times, but each time the website indicated a purchase failure. As a result, my bank account was charged for the Premium subscription four times (totaling 95.80€), yet I never received a Premium account due to the continuous website errors. I would like to request a refund for the full amount to allow me to make the payment again using a different method, or if feasible, receive 71.85€ and a Premium account as if the multiple purchases never occurred. I am unsure of the details needed to address this matter, but time is becoming a concern, and I am hopeful you can assist me promptly.

Good morning, yesterday I wrote to you about my issue, but since I didn't receive any response, I am a bit concerned. While purchasing the Minecraft Premium subscription online with a credit card, after creating an account without any problems, I was unable to complete the payment successfully. I tried to repeat it three more times, but the website kept showing an error in the purchase process. As a result, I accidentally paid for the Premium subscription four times (95.80€) without receiving a Premium account due to the continuous website errors. I would like a refund for the full amount to make a new payment using a different method or a partial refund of 71.85€ with a Premium account without further complications. I am unsure about the necessary details to provide, but the situation is becoming urgent, and I hope for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
