Dear Mojang team, I have a significant question for you. I understand that you have the license for Minecraft story mode, which was developed in collaboration with Telltale Games. I reached out to Telltale Games about a potential third season, and they mentioned not having the license for the project. However, they seemed interested in pursuing it. On behalf of over 11,[redacted] individuals, I kindly request that you consider creating a third season and possibly more. Thank you.

I recently wanted to resume playing Minecraft. I've been playing since August of [redacted] and have achievements dating back to then on my Xbox [redacted]. I previously transitioned to playing on Xbox One using a code supplied by Mojang to upgrade to the new version. However, when attempting to play again recently, I was prompted to repurchase the game from the Xbox store. I prefer not to buy it again as I already purchased it in [redacted]. Following a discussion with Xbox support, they confirmed my ownership of the game and suggested contacting you to obtain another copy. I cherish playing Minecraft and would appreciate your assistance in allowing me to play without needing to make an additional purchase.

I recently installed Minecraft on my PC, but I'm facing an issue where the game appears to be unresponsive every time I try to launch it. I attempted troubleshooting steps like restarting my computer, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but none of these solutions resolved the problem. I'm unsure if the issue lies with my computer's compatibility or the version of Minecraft I purchased. All I want is to enjoy playing Minecraft without any hindrances. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a new PC and wanted to reinstall Minecraft to play with my friends. I navigated to my Yahoo Mail, which is linked to my Minecraft account, and tried to find the receipt email to download the game. After installation, I couldn't remember my password when I tried to sign in. I clicked on "forgot password" and entered my email but did not receive the reset email. I checked all folders in my email but couldn't find it. I haven't changed the email linked to my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe my account has been hacked as I am unable to access it and suspect someone has changed the email associated with my Mojang account. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Mojang through their new system, even though I have my transaction ID ready. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover my account as the email has been changed without my permission.

I purchased Minecraft for PS4 from the PlayStation store, but after downloading it, I only have access to the trial version. Even though the game shows as purchased, I am unable to unlock the full version. When I try to buy it again from the PS Store, it indicates that I already own it. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in this loop and unable to access the full game.

I used to share a PS4 with my sister, and we had separate accounts. She purchased Minecraft on her account, but when she got her own PS4, she deleted the game and created a new account. I still have all the addons on my account, including old screenshots, records of us playing, and trophies on the PS4. I'm hesitant to repurchase the game, so please inform me if it's necessary. Hello, this is Lauren. We have been having issues with the recent update on our PS4. The issue seems to be related to the update involving beehives and bees. Ever since this update, our creative/survival level has been slow and glitchy. My co-player is unable to strike any items regardless of the settings I change. Even after switching the personal game mode, he still can't hit items or collect anything from them. This situation is frustrating, especially since this is our main level. We are disappointed that this update has caused problems on his side of the game. We would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I encountered an issue when purchasing the Minecraft premium game from Spain. Despite following the correct steps, I received an error stating the account number was incorrect. However, the payment went through without providing me with the game download. The money has been deducted but is pending confirmation. My bank confirmed the problem is not on their end. I am hoping for a resolution where I either receive the game download or a refund promptly. Best regards.

I recently downloaded Minecraft from the eShop onto my Nintendo Switch. After it finished downloading, I tried to create a map, but the app suddenly closed with an error message stating "this app was closed due to an error," without providing an error code. I attempted to delete and re-download the app, but encountered the same issue. I contacted Switch support, and despite their troubleshooting, the problem persists. They suggested reaching out to Mojang for further assistance. I am unable to play Minecraft at the moment and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I purchased two texture packs on Minecraft: the Advanced Dragons pack and the Furniture pack. When the game prompted me to sign into my Xbox Live account to save them, I complied. However, now both packs have disappeared, and I am being asked to repurchase them. I find this situation completely unacceptable. Minecraft is installed on my Note 8 device. Kindly rectify this issue and ensure that both packs are reinstalled on my device. Thank you for your assistance.

Every time I attempt to log back into my account on my iPad and encounter a glitch, I am prompted to sign into my Microsoft account. The screen does not leave even after I try to navigate out of the app and return. It's a frustrating situation that has left me feeling disheartened. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hello, My daughter is experiencing issues playing on her Java Realm. The game crashes within 10-15 seconds with error messages such as: "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer" "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" We recently switched internet providers to a slower connection. I also unintentionally purchased a new realm after her previous one expired, which is when the problems began. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the issues persist. She plays on a PC Alienware with sufficient specs for Minecraft. I've contacted support twice but received responses about Windows 10 codes, not her Realm troubles. Thank you, Natasha

I am hoping to reactivate my email, [redacted], in order to update the email address on my account to [redacted] Currently, I am unable to change the email address as the account lacks security. To add security questions, I must receive an email through the old address, [redacted] However, although the Mojang account site claims to have sent the email successfully, I have not received it (including in the spam folder). This issue seems to stem from [redacted] being deactivated by Google for a few days, causing it to be deactivated at Mojang. Interestingly, I can change the password on the Minecraft site (same account) without any problems, indicating that the email deactivation only affects the Mojang account. I am eager to update my email to [redacted] and leave behind [redacted] for good. Regards, Victor

I attempted to access my Minecraft account after a long period of time but forgot my password. The process to reset it requires migrating my Minecraft account to a Mojang account. I have tried using my email address and username to request a new password, but have not received any email to proceed with the password change. I only have two possible email addresses associated with the account and I am unable to receive any emails. Thank you for your assistance.

I suspect that my Minecraft account has been compromised. I bought the game back in [redacted] but haven't played it in years. When I attempted to log in again recently, I discovered that my account had been migrated on February 6, [redacted], which is puzzling to me as I have no recollection of upgrading my account at any point. Despite trying to reset my password, I have not received any email notifications. I do have my transaction ID available if needed.

I am seeking assistance to address a concern with the recent Minecraft update on the Amazon app store. Following the update, the version number of the Amazon Minecraft app is shown as "1.14.21.0," while all other platforms, including Minecraft Bedrock Edition, have updated to "1.14.20.1" on 01/31/20. This discrepancy has rendered the Amazon version incompatible with Minecraft Realms and other editions on different platforms. Despite similar update descriptions and timings, the differing version number has led to a game-breaking issue, preventing Amazon's Minecraft from playing online across realms or with other platforms. I believe this inconsistency is unintentional and requires urgent attention from the relevant parties to resolve the compatibility problem.

Hello, I purchased Minecraft almost four months ago and reset my password back then. When I tried to reset it again 2 weeks ago, I didn't receive an email, so I couldn't reset my password after entering my information and clicking "Request Password Reset." I have already sent five emails to support because I haven't received a response for 2 weeks. It's starting to annoy me that I have to take care of this when I'm not receiving any emails, and yes, I have checked my spam folder and everywhere. I request assistance.

I recently updated my password for my Mojang/Minecraft account. When I logged in, I was prompted to answer three security questions. Since I couldn't remember the answers, I tried to change the security questions. However, I didn't receive the email with the link to do so in my account email inbox despite trying multiple times. I have checked my Spam and junk folders to no avail. I am having trouble finding any Mojang/Minecraft support or contact information. Can someone assist me with this issue, please? Thank you.

I have two Xbox consoles, one at my mom's and one at my dad's house. I spent a week at my dad's house building a skeleton spawner and a large garden in survival mode, with a lot of progress and resources. When I went back to my mom's house, nothing synced up, which was frustrating. Returning to my dad's house, I found that none of the structures or progress had been saved, and even though my inventory was from the week earlier, all my items were missing. I'm disappointed after investing so much time into the game that week. Can the world be reverted back to how it was? The account name is SpikeyMikey55. (FYI, I am using Xbox One Bedrock edition).
