I loaded my long-standing world, where I've been actively playing, only to find myself dying immediately upon opening the game. It felt like I fell to my death, which seemed impossible as I was sure to log out on stable ground. The issue now lies in the fact that all my belongings disappeared without a trace. I scoured multiple chunks swiftly to retrieve my items, hoping to beat the 5-minute timer before they vanished, but to no avail. Among the missing items are my prized possessions like an elytra with mending and unbreaking 3, along with all my diamond gear including a sword with enchantments like mending, Sharpness 5, unbreaking 3, and looting 3. I'm beyond frustrated as I also lost 27 levels and intricate redstone devices. I just wanted to work on my Minecraft station, and now everything is gone. Please assist me in resolving this perplexing issue.

Hello, I am encountering difficulties buying Minecraft: Java Edition for my child with my credit card. It seems that I may need to complete the purchase over the phone. When trying on the website, the transaction fails and prompts me to verify my card details. The issue seems related to the fact that I am an American residing in Germany with an APO (Army Post Office) address on a U.S. military base. Consequently, all my credit cards have this APO address as the billing address, with a ZIP code ([redacted]) unrecognized by your system. I have attempted with two different credit cards, both tied to my APO address. I also experimented with using my physical address in Germany, but no success there either. My Minecraft world on PS4 has been deleted! A message appeared saying “This save is corrupt or damaged. Would you like to delete it?” This has happened twice now, and we spent a lot of time on this world. I hope you can help recover it, otherwise I’ll have to share my frustration on social media about this issue. Additionally, we were unable to spawn animals to create a farm, which was disappointing. Please address these issues promptly. It would be beneficial for the game to be updated or checked thoroughly before release to avoid such errors in the future. Unfortunately, we don’t wish to use our first world where we created the farm, as we were attempting to restore the other one without success. If these problems persist, I will have no choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Goodbye!

To acquire the name of an un-migrated account: 1. Contact Mojang support providing proof of ownership of a Minecraft account. 2. In the email or support ticket, request the desired account name (must be unmigrated) (verify on namemc). 3. Mojang will email the unmigrated account. 4. The owner has 7-14 days to block the action by migrating their account. Failure to migrate means the name can be claimed. The original requester has 7 days to change their IGN. 5. The unmigrated account name will be changed once claimed. Would this process work for the account "legal"?

I've been experiencing issues with cross-platform multiplayer. After the cross-platform update, my son plays Minecraft Pocket Edition on his tablet while I play on my Switch. However, since December [redacted], there have been significant lags and disconnections within 5 minutes of joining each other's games. We've attempted switching roles, but the problem persists. Various maps, including store-bought, user-created, and mods from apps like MPCE, have been tested, with the same result. When playing solo on Minecraft Switch Edition, my game lags during autosave, and I receive error message 2[redacted], followed by account sign-out. Internet tests by my provider show no issues. I've tried changing internet channels, moving closer to the router, and switching to Google DNS to no avail. These errors started on December 29th and have continued since.

I am having difficulty accessing my Mojang account. I encountered issues previously while trying to log in. Last time I played was a few months ago when I had to transition my account to a Mojang account. Despite registering with my current email and noting down the password, I faced challenges during migration as I could not access the confirmation emails due to the deletion of the email linked to my legacy account. Now, when attempting to log into my Mojang account, I receive an "incorrect password" message. I have tried various potential passwords, but none have been successful. While researching a solution, I came across a website that shows player skins based on usernames. Upon searching for my username (zipzipzipzip), I found my skin under a different name (VladikGG) with a timestamp of 11/30/[redacted] at 5:25:54. During that period, I was not active on Minecraft and had not logged in for months. I am unsure how my username got changed or who may have done it. Hello Mojang, I am encountering issues while playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition with my account. It takes a long time to get into Minecraft - first, a black screen, then a white screen, followed by the logo and loading screen. The major problem is playing in worlds. Upon entering a world, I see the tips as usual, but then the music stops, and I receive a message saying, "the software was closed because an error occurred." This has been happening for a month now, and I can't play any worlds. However, the servers work fine if I ignore our internet issues. Every few minutes, there is an internet disruption where the connection to the server is lost. But that's not important now. I initially thought it was related to multiplayer being on in the worlds. However, I tried playing on my friend's account, and Minecraft started in less than 5 minutes. We were able to create a world and play without any lag. This made me wonder why it doesn't work for me. As I am unsure of the cause, I'm reaching out to you. My Microsoft name is DeniableSteak0, and my account name (which has been changed before) is Nika. I hope you can resolve the issue soon.

I am having trouble accessing the Halloween town and Halloween mash-up worlds on Minecraft for Nintendo Switch which I purchased using minecoins. Despite playing them multiple times, they are now locked, prompting a message about needing a template. I have confirmed the payment on my Mojang account and attempted to resolve the issue by restarting the software to no avail. In addition, my minecoins have mysteriously disappeared even though there should be some remaining in my account. This recurring problem feels like a scam as I cannot utilize what I have paid for. I am having difficulty finding a phone number to contact for assistance with my Minecraft games on Nintendo Switch. I purchased Halloween Town and Halloween Mash-up using minecoins, and despite playing them multiple times, I am now experiencing issues where the worlds are locked and prompting for a template. These games have been paid for through my Mojang account, and even after closing and reopening the software, I still encounter the same problem. Additionally, there have been instances where my minecoins disappear despite having some in my account. I requested my old Minecraft account to be deleted in November last year. I was informed after 30 days that the account had been deleted and my old username would be available for use. In December, I repurchased Minecraft. However, when I tried to change my username back to the old one, it said the profile was already taken. If the name was deleted, why can't I use it now? I am concerned because my private information, such as my name, date of birth, and previous email address, is linked to that account. I don't understand why the old account still exists if I requested its deletion. It is puzzling that the old profile is inaccessible even after the account was supposedly deleted.

I accidentally purchased the wrong version of Minecraft to play with my little brother on a different console. I didn't realize this limitation at the time of purchase, and being able to play together is the main reason I enjoy the game. I had to buy another $30 game to try to correct the mistake. I am requesting a refund for the version of the game that I can't use. This is my second attempt at contacting support, and I urgently need the refund for groceries this week. I am frustrated by the lack of a phone support option, and this experience feels very deceptive.

Recently, I've faced issues with playing Minecraft on Xbox One Edition. I've experienced the loss of many worlds and encountered errors while trying to sync them. Around [redacted], my grandfather bought Minecraft for me when I was six years old. Back then, I didn't have my own email address, so I used his. The issue now is that his email was linked to his old ISP and was deleted when he moved away from that area (cfl.rr.com). Consequently, I'm unable to reset my password, change my username, or make any adjustments to my account as I can log in but not personalize it. The only solution would be to update the email associated with the account to my current email.

I recently attempted to log into my old, very old Minecraft account, formerly known as "trollfacee19999." I created this account when I was around 10 or 11 years old, back when I was really into rage comics. Unfortunately, I couldn't access my account and assumed I had forgotten the password. To my surprise, someone has completely altered the account. The username was changed to "RogitoTM," and it seems they also changed the associated email, as I am unable to reset the password. I can provide proof of my ownership of the account if necessary. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.

I believe there has been an issue with the migration of my Minecraft account to a Mojang account with a different email address. Previously, I used my username to log in, but now the system is asking for an email address. I attempted to log in with my email but couldn't access my account. I am having trouble accessing my original account with the username _xmadbro_ and the email [redacted] After changing email providers, my family's emails got deleted, which led to me getting locked out of the account I've had for years. I tried migrating the account to [redacted], but it didn't seem to work. The username it was under last night was xmadbro, but it seems like I might have changed it a while ago. My Minecraft username is Lenemoroth, and my email is something like [redacted] or [redacted] The passwords I use are variations starting with 8tva..., but for security reasons, I won't provide the full details here. I've tried everything, including changing my password on the Mojang site, but it requires access to the email I can't get into. To prove ownership of my account, I last played on 21/04/[redacted], logged off around 23:00 CEST, and was on a server named "Honkraaiman mains."
