I need help changing the password for my MineCraft account DoubleThax. I have not been receiving any emails to reset my password, so I attempted to change my email address. However, to do so, I require a transaction ID which I seem to have misplaced along with the email containing it. Despite contacting skrill multiple times, they have been unable to locate my transaction ID when provided with my email address. Could you please provide me with a link to reset the password for my account? I am eager to resolve this issue. The email I used for the purchase was [redacted], and I am certain it is the one associated with the account. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Hello, I encountered an issue with accessing my Minecraft account. A friend shared their account with me, which I then transferred to my email address and updated the password. However, I am unable to log in through the Twitch app to play a modpack I downloaded. While I can log in normally to the game under my username "buggsworth," I haven't received any password reset emails despite trying multiple email addresses. To resolve this, could the email associated with the account be changed back to "[redacted]" or "[redacted]"? The original email was "[redacted]," which I can no longer access. This change should enable me to reset the password successfully. If necessary, I can provide additional proof through email, as I have chat logs documenting the account transfer. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am reaching out about a Minecraft product I bought. In October of last year, I purchased the Minecraft Flying Ghast from Best Buy. I attempted to return it a month later, but was informed by a sales associate that I was outside of the return window. They instructed me to contact you for assistance regarding a replacement or reimbursement for the product. I bought this item as a birthday present and upon opening it, I discovered that when I inserted batteries to make the Minecraft Ghast fly, rather than hovering, it would only tip over and drag across surfaces. I suspect that the product is defective and I am seeking either a refund or a replacement with an item of equivalent value from the time of purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -Karen

In [redacted], I created my Minecraft account named Goldsmack under my dad's email, [redacted] Later, my sister made an account under [redacted], which worked fine for years. Now, I am unable to access my Goldsmack account, possibly due to the 1.10 update making @googlemail.com invalid. Although Nessy_monster is accessible, my sister and I want to play together using the Goldsmack account. When attempting to update Goldsmack's email to my current one, I am prompted for the first email, which is now invalid as it is linked only to Nessy_monster. We would appreciate either recovering the Goldsmack account or a refund. - Chiara

I suspect my Minecraft/Mojang account has been compromised. The account, which was gifted to me by a friend, seems to have been hacked as I am unable to access it using the correct login details on various Minecraft-related websites. A week earlier, my optifine cape was transferred to a different account without my consent, further confirming my suspicions. I attempted to contact the original owner, but he no longer has the PC associated with the account. Despite reaching out to Mojang via email, I have not received a response. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email linked to the account as it belongs to my friend. I only have the login credentials for the Minecraft account itself.

I suspect that my Minecraft*Mojang account has been compromised. The account was given to me by a friend a few years ago, who has since stopped playing. I am unable to access Minecraft, optifine.net, or Mojang using the correct credentials. This suspicion arose after my optifine cape was transferred to another account without my consent. I attempted to contact the original owner, but it seems they no longer have their PC. Despite reaching out to Mojang via email, I have not received a response. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email linked to the account as it belongs to my friend. I can only recall the email and password I use to log in to Minecraft.

I am feeling left out because I notice that YouTubers share amazing mods for Android and Mac users, but there is not much available for iOS Apple devices. I am searching for a reliable website with efficient mods for Minecraft PE on iOS without any unnecessary downloads or issues. I have already tried MPCEdl, which caused some problems. I am looking for genuine mods like giant sand worms, more weapons, and additional animals. I need a safe and compatible website or app that offers a variety of options and better features for Minecraft PE on iOS with no major bugs. Please provide me with a link or app name, along with its requirements and ensure it offers true modifications as I have been struggling with this for two years, and reaching out to Mojang is my last resort.

I recently updated my Xbox [redacted] with the Egyptian mythology texture pack and noticed some strange changes in my flat world named "My World 3." The world is no longer flat, and all my builds have disappeared. Additionally, I am unable to run, and there are differences in some items and the lava texture. The mobs appear glitchy and fuzzy, including my character. I suspect it might be an older version of Minecraft causing these issues. I have also been receiving pop-up messages related to my account. I would appreciate it if you could provide suggestions via email on how to resolve this and clarify what might have caused this problem. Thank you, Joel.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my purchased content, realms, and the store on the Windows version of Minecraft. Interestingly, I am able to access these features on my son's PC without any issues, yet my own PC is displaying an error prompting me to check my internet connection. As evidenced by my ability to use the internet for this message, my connection is functioning properly. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like resetting my PC, logging off my son's PC, reinstalling Minecraft, resetting my router and modem, as well as checking proxy settings and disabling the firewall. Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue on my PC, while my son's PC still has access to the content. I am eager to find a solution to this problem.

I am disappointed that Xbox One is no longer receiving updates. Many players, including myself, feel let down by both you and Microsoft. The PS4 version is the same as the Xbox One, but due to Sony's decisions, PS4 players get to keep their version superior. I hope Bedrock for Xbox One can offer options such as manual saving and retaining Redstone Mechanics while improving the graphics and UI. The current neon green Sugar Can and turquoise water are unappealing. Trading between villages was much better on Xbox One/[redacted] with superior graphics and overall experience. As a player since [redacted], I am upset with what happened to the Xbox One version. Microsoft's move to push microtransactions after selling Xbox One Minecraft edition discs with bonus content feels deceptive.

When I was younger, my parents created an account in the name of Elpugo for me. Playing Minecraft was a significant part of my childhood, helping me improve my typing, reading, and spelling skills. I cherished the interactions with online friends, but as time passed, I outgrew the game. Now, I've purchased a new account but wish to retrieve my old one. I discovered that the account's email had been changed, possibly leading to a password issue. Unfortunately, I can only provide the email it was registered under as it was bought using my mother's debit card. Despite my efforts to contact support, I have not received a satisfactory response. I am disappointed after searching through past emails and finding no relevant information. Reuniting with my old account, filled with memories, would mean a lot to me. I am willing to provide any necessary information if it helps recover the account. Thank you for your assistance and for creating such a beloved game. -Wyatt

A few years ago, my close friend and I played on a monetized server known for its factions. The owner, who had been paid for at least a year, banned and publicly ridiculed us. He alleged that we hacked another player's account, although my friend had legitimately purchased it. My friend's game name is sylux388, and mine is Jamesk54321. Even though the ban message was unclear and seemed to stem from a personal issue, the owner insisted we appeal the ban. When I reached out to him, he responded rudely, directed me to the ban appeal page, and laughed off my concerns. This situation has been stressful for my friend, who aspired to create game servers but was publicly shamed and falsely accused, causing damage to his self-esteem. I'm upset that the server owner is not addressing the issue properly and unjustly accusing us. I have attempted to reason with them, but their responses have been dismissive. I hope the company takes action against this behavior towards paying users.

I am reaching out about my Minecraft Java Edition account. For the past week, I have been unable to log in on both Minecraft.net and the Minecraft Launcher. Despite changing my password and waiting for the authentication to reset, the issue persists. I even waited 30 minutes before attempting again, but the same error message appeared. Not being able to access a game I've owned since [redacted] is frustrating. I had hoped the solution provided by Mojang support would work, but it did not. I am eagerly looking for a resolution to this problem. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my Minecraft account. My email is [redacted] and I have the password, but I'm only able to access the demo version. I tried to troubleshoot and it suggests migrating the account, but when I attempt to do so, I'm informed it has already been migrated. I bought Minecraft in [redacted], but I'm unsure if I used a credit card or PayPal for the purchase. What should my next steps be to resolve this issue?

I created a Minecraft account on March 17, [redacted], with transaction ID 66W359010L[redacted]. I was 12 then, and my mother purchased the game for €19.95 EUR. I am trying to access my account again but cannot recall my login details. I think my username might be LightScaryRobo or LightScaryRobo0123. I can't remember my email or password. I hope the transaction ID and payment information prove that I own the account, but I'm unsure if it's a Mojang or Minecraft account. I would appreciate any help in recovering my account details as it was a significant investment. Thank you, Joseph S.

A friend gifted me Minecraft a couple of years ago. Recently, I tried to log in to play with friends but couldn't remember my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, I haven't received the email. Concerned about my account's security, I checked online and saw my skin and name are unchanged. My UUID is 4b7b6709-498f-4ff8-95c4-554bc382a4c3. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Whenever I attempt to access my Minecraft Realms, a screen with red text appears instructing me to restart Minecraft before displaying the realms. I have already attempted logging out and back in, as well as closing Minecraft, but the issue persists. I'm able to access servers and play single player, just not Realms. I am a paying customer and would like assistance in resolving this matter to regain access to Realms. Your attention to this widespread issue would be appreciated.

I recently tried to access my old Minecraft account but encountered an issue with the password reset process. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with the account, making it impossible to recover the password. It's frustrating that Mojang requires an order number for account access, as purchasing the game again just for this information isn't ideal. The lack of live support is disappointing, unlike Microsoft's efficient system. Waiting several days to play Minecraft for an hour isn't ideal. I hope for a solution to this problem soon. Thank you for any assistance.

I have been a Minecraft player since around [redacted] and have recently acquired a new computer and am now trying to download Minecraft. However, I am encountering an issue where it is prompting me to enter my account email to log in. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email address associated with the account, as it was a gift from a friend and we used to log in with just our in-game names without the need for an email. I remember the password to my account but not the email used for logging in, and I never migrated the account previously. Is there a way to recover the email linked to my account or a different method to access Minecraft using just my username? I would appreciate any guidance or assistance on how to proceed. Thank you for your help. -Joshua

Hello Mojang, I am experiencing an issue with Minecraft on the Switch version and I hope you can assist me. The problem is, even though I save my world normally and am alive, once I try to start my survival world again, I immediately get the message that I have died, even though I haven't moved at all in the world. This happens regardless of the difficulty setting or the world I try to start. I have tried the following: - Started a new world (issue persists) - Completely deleted and re-downloaded Minecraft (issue persists) - Reset the Switch without deleting game data (issue persists) I am at a loss for what else to do. I hope you can help me with this. The issue has been occurring since last Friday.
