Four years ago, we had our kitchen fully remodeled by Home Depot, which included a Moen Faucet, with the exception of the flooring. Being in my 80s, I find it challenging to navigate through irrelevant information. Moen has a lifetime replacement offer, and I am not keen on using Facebook. After receiving advice from ECM maintenance, I contacted Moen regarding my squeaking faucet that lubricant failed to fix. The technician mentioned that the faucet will be replaced free of charge. I need guidance on how to send a photo of the faucet to help Moen identify the model. I can use my Galaxy phone/camera to take pictures. Could you provide me with the correct email address and information on any special cable setup required to email the photo? Thank you. Larry P.

I purchased this brand-new home in [redacted] with a Moen kitchen faucet that is starting to deteriorate. The faucet is hard to move and leaks water under the sink each time it's used. There are various plastic and metal pieces under the sink. Due to my age and health condition, I can't access the area myself, but my handyman took photos showing the damaged faucet. I don't have the receipt since the builder installed it before I moved in. The faucet is basic with one lever and a pull-out spray. I'm reaching out for a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. Thank you.

In [redacted], I purchased a Moen tub spout, Model # 3857BN. Recently, it stopped working correctly. On 5/16/19, I visited Ace Plumbing in Vineland NJ, where I bought it. Shannon Kirkbridge assisted me and mentioned Moen's lifetime warranty. She forwarded pictures to Moen Rep (Steven Williams) for a replacement. By May 30th, I had not received the replacement. When it arrived in early June, it turned out to be the wrong spigot, model 3814BN, without the necessary components. After Shannon sent photos to Steve, I received the same incorrect spigot on June 17th. I specifically need model #3857BN to fit my current piping. It has been over a month without a functioning shower, and I am disappointed with this situation. I hope for a prompt resolution from the company. Sheri Herman

I am organizing an event at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC and wish to showcase two songs by Don Moen. The first song, "I Will Sing," features a video showing an American flag-draped coffin and the folded flag presented to widows of Marines lost in service. The other song, "Hear us from Heaven," highlights the [redacted] Camp LeJeune Veterans affected by poisoned drinking water. I hope to use these songs to bring awareness to the thousands who have passed and those who continue to suffer. The theme of the event is "For God and Country" addressing the issue of apathy. I aim to support widows and children who are affected by legislation like the Widows Tax. I've been inspired to do this since my decorated Marine husband's passing and struggle with burial costs. I am experiencing an issue with my Moen faucet as the diverter for the shower to tub function broke. I am unable to find a replacement part online and have had trouble getting through to customer service for assistance. Despite not seeing any visible numbers on the faucet, I believe it might still be under warranty since we recently moved into this house. I have been trying to reach Moen's customer service to resolve this issue and would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed.

I reached out to Moen service at 1-[redacted] for warranty assistance. Unfortunately, the automated prompts only allowed me to schedule a callback, without the option to speak with a representative directly. The callback system did not specify available time slots for the day, resulting in multiple attempts without success. After failed attempts, the system disconnected the call. I scheduled a callback for today, but the lack of time zone confirmation left me uncertain. Despite waiting by the phone, I did not receive a callback, causing a significant inconvenience. An improvement would be an online form for warranty requests and a live chat option for immediate assistance.

I purchased a replacement dome kit (Model: 141797SRS) for my Anabelle kitchen faucet (Model: CA87003SRS) in the last six months. Recently, the cover started sliding off the connecting ring. When I tried calling customer service, I was unable to schedule a callback appointment after multiple attempts. Given the short period of time since I bought the replacement kit, I am wondering if it can be replaced at no additional cost.

I received a faulty warranty faucet, and I appreciate that you are sending me a replacement along with a matching soap dispenser. However, the existing Moen air gap I have will not match the new faucet color. To keep everything uniform, I kindly request that you include a stainless steel air gap in my order. I recently had to replace both the bathroom fittings and kitchen faucet (mixer pillar model) from your company due to leaks despite a lifetime warranty. I had high expectations as a customer of a US company, but unfortunately, the products wore out in just a few years. I have been trying to contact your service center multiple times, but there has been no response. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. I own a total of 9 Moen fixtures in my house. This includes 5 bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, 2 shower faucets, and 1 bathtub faucet. Currently, the kitchen faucet is experiencing a dripping issue from the handle, and two bathroom fixtures are dripping from the faucet neck. I bought the kitchen faucet from Amazon in December [redacted], while the bathroom faucets were acquired through the builder of my new house in March [redacted]. The bathroom faucets are from the Voss model line, and the kitchen faucet is labeled Moen 5923SRS. All connections are secure and without leaks. I am seeking advice on how to address these dripping problems. If needed, I can supply images of the faucets, the Amazon purchase invoice, and the specifications sheet from the builder. Please let me know if any additional information is necessary.

In October [redacted], we had Lowe's install a Moen Glacier Soap and Lotion dispenser (Model #3942W). Recently, when we tried to fill it with liquid soap, it leaked all over the floor because the container detached. There seems to be a missing screw or adapter. Despite checking the sink area, we can't find a way to reattach it. The long 1/2 inch screw coming from the dispenser looks like it might be related, but we are unsure how to fix it. We've looked at the drawings but couldn't find any information on the missing screw or adapter ring. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have an old Moen bathroom sink faucet that is over 30 years old and has a slow leak. My plumber installed a new cartridge, which I'm unsure if it was a Moen cartridge or not. The faucet started leaking again the next day, and my plumber is suggesting I purchase a new faucet costing between $[redacted]-$[redacted], on top of the $[redacted] I've already paid for his initial visit. I can't find the same model on the Moen website or in stores. The current faucet is a single-hole, single-handle chrome faucet with a crystal knob that turns left and right. Any advice on whether a specific cartridge is needed for the faucet or if it can accept a universal one would be appreciated. Thank you, Alice A.

During our kitchen remodeling last year, we extensively researched faucets and eventually purchased the following: Sleek Chrome 1-Handle Deck Mount High-Arc Touchless Commercial/Residential Kitchen Faucet Item #: [redacted] | Model #: 7864EWC To our dismay, the faucet malfunctioned within a year. After two plumbers inspected it, they concluded that the issue likely lies with the internal components. We experienced problems with water temperature control and the manual lever's inconsistency. Regrettably, neither plumber could repair it, so we were forced to replace the faucet. It is disappointing that a high-end product failed within such a short time frame. I am unsure about the next steps to resolve this situation.

I am experiencing issues with my Moen motion sense hands-free kitchen faucet model INS10323D. Despite my efforts to reset it multiple times and replace the control box, the faucet continues to turn on by itself and won't shut off. I am concerned about the potential for water damage if this occurs while I am away from home. I have been in contact with Moen multiple times regarding this matter, including a promised call back appointment that was missed. I submitted pictures and information. Initially, the person assisting us seemed helpful, and we expected to receive a new kitchen faucet based on our discussion. However, we received 5 bags and a faucet kit instead, which now incurs an additional cost for a plumber to assemble it. After a plumber came to assess the situation, I contacted Jessica today. Unfortunately, she was not as courteous or accommodating. Despite Moen products being guaranteed, her demeanor did not reflect that of a company representative. At the start of this process, the initial representative was supposed to have recorded our purchase information in our file.

My Moen garbage disposal recently started making a grinding noise before suddenly stopping. I am not sure if there is a reset button, but I noticed what appears to be a hex under it where I believe I can use a wrench to restart it. The wrench I have is too large, so it seems like either the installers provided the wrong size or forgot to give me one. I've had this disposal for about 4 to 5 years. Unfortunately, I can't access the model number, but I am certain it's a half-horsepower disposal unit.

My Moen faucet handle is broken and only allows cold water to flow through. Despite checking everything else, the handle spins all the way around, causing intermittent hot water flow. This issue has persisted for nearly 8 months. The faucet, with its High Arc design and separate control handle, sprayer, and soap pump, remains aesthetically pleasing. We are interested in replacing the part with the control handle if available; otherwise, we will buy a new faucet. We attempted to fix it with replacement parts ordered on 04/21/[redacted], but the issue reoccurred after a temporary improvement. The faucet's serial number is unknown, but perhaps it is on order number [redacted]. Thank you, Alice Davis

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Kitchen Faucet. When I contacted customer care, they assisted in placing a new order with Order# [redacted] for items S72003SRS (Spot resist stainless one-handle high arc pulldown kitchen faucet) and S3955SRS (Spot resist stainless). I received the soap dispenser correctly, but instead of the faucet, I got 6145BL. Please send the correct faucet, S72003SRS, ASAP as I have issues with my kitchen sink. On December 20, [redacted], I purchased two MOEN Arbor Single-Handle Smart Touchless Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucets with Voice Control and Power Boost in Rubbed Bronze from Home Depot. The model number is 7594EVORB, Home Depot Store SKU is [redacted], and Home Depot Store SO SKU is [redacted]. I installed both units on March 10, [redacted]. The first unit installed in my main kitchen sink was initially working well but now does not allow water to come out of the faucet, and the control box is making a strange whining noise. All water valves are open, and the adjacent instahot unit is functioning correctly. The second unit installed in my bar area is also experiencing issues; it does not respond to touchless activation, but I can manually turn it on using the handle.
