Four years ago we had our kitchen totally remodeled by Home Depot, including Moen Faucet, except for flooring. I am up in my **s and too tired to wade through unrelated information. Moen offered lifetime replacement. I certainly am not interested in FACEBOOk and will not use it. ECM maintenance advised we contact Moen. Faucet is squeaking loudly and lubricant doesn't help at all. Tech said you will replace faucet without charge. How do I send photo of faucet so that Moen can identify the model. My email is: *****@***.com. I know how to take pictures with my Galaxy phone*camera. Is there a special cable hook up? for the photo to be emailed to you. Need proper address, thank you.*Larry Primak
