Hi Moe's Staff, *I hope you are doing well and staying safe. I have been a loyal customer at your King Street, Charleston location for years (like * times a week for * years) and unfortunately the staff has changed. I loved the old staff, they would always yell "Welcome to Moe's!" and ask me about my day. I brought them Christmas gifts. *However, the new staff has been very rude and unprofessional. Many of their attitudes have been unwelcoming. In addition, the food proportions have changed. The cups of queso they serve are half full and they don't steam the tortillas when making burritos. They also charged me $** for a kids burrito by accident (which I understand, accidents happen) but were rude when I asked them to charge the correct price. In addition, I bought a drink and they told me after I paid that the soda machines were down. *I love your restaurant and it makes my day every time I go, I hope changes will be made! *Thank you, *Anna Kate
