My wife had an issue with a reward not coming off. The cashier was extremely rude. She demanded the shift manager come over and tell my wife there was nothing that could be done because her card had already be charged. She also made a great effort to tell my wife that she was wrong on how she scanned her app and that it was her fault. The cashier was very rude and the manager did not intervene nor redirect that cashier. This was customer service at its WORST and for the manger not to try to smooth things over definitely did not help the situation at all. He allowed her to be rude with a line full of people. Very unprofessional.
