Not leave my house to get food which I ended up having to do anyways because the manager refused to rectify the situation ... They made a mistake on the order, I had to drive to the location after being hung up on twice by the manager. he told me I could get salsa, that was his way of fixing the problem, not a refund for me driving to the location after ordering it (so I didn't have to drive). I offered to bring my burrito back in (because I wanted my money back)it was clear he wasn't going to help me. I feel taken advantage of and completely disrespected I hope you do not run your organization like this cuz that's how he is running it at the location at Columbus and Dale mabry extremely disappointing I've been a loyal customer for over a year and never been treated like that there. This is clearly a fraction of the conversation we had, it took a lot more to get the salsa that I requested in the order but I had to drive to the store to get? Does that seem right to you?
The manager claimed they cannot see the notes written on the ubereats app so I asked him to mention that to ubereats so it could be fixed he said he could not help me? What's the point of having a manager that can't help the customer?
Better management would be a start I tried to fix it by simply asking for the rest of what I ordered then he was extremely rude about it and had to drive to the location to get it myself. Which defeats the purpose of ordering it. Also I spent $** Uber has offered to refund $** still didn't get what I wanted and what I ordered and paid for. Still waiting on a resolution for the problem?
Have lived up the street for over a year now and been a patron hundreds of times one of my favorite places to eat until now
I've tried to contact Uber but they only agreed to refund $** of the $** order I guess that's about half I showed the manager this he seems like there was nothing he could do. maybe you should give him more authority or if he was simply unwilling to help take his authority away?
