I am lodging a formal complaint against a female manager at the Modells store in Poughkeepsie, New York. During my recent visit, she made me uncomfortable by insinuating I had size issues and implied she didn't want me to shop there again. This has left me upset and unwilling to return to that store. Her comments felt patronizing and unwelcoming, causing me to feel extremely angry and uncomfortable. This experience is completely unacceptable, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. I will no longer be shopping at that particular store but will visit other Modells locations instead. Customer service should prioritize making customers feel valued, not belittled. I felt the manager's behavior was rude and inappropriate, leading me to file this complaint against her. Thank you.

I made a purchase on Jan 8 at approximately 9 pm. Upon completing the order, I received an error message. I attempted to submit it again and encountered the same issue. I intended to contact customer service on Jan 9 to troubleshoot the error and possibly place the order over the phone. Before I went to bed, I received two email confirmations for duplicate orders. I would like to cancel one of them before it ships. The items in question are Joe Boxer Microfleece Men's PJ's in Blue/White XL (item #[redacted]98) and Men's PJ's in Red/Grey XL (item #JB78472JSET). The order numbers I believe to be for the duplicate orders are MODELLS[redacted]2 and MODELLS[redacted]0.

I recently received coupons in the mail and attempted to use one (FIRSTDAY19) on an online order with my wife. Unfortunately, the coupon was not valid for my purchase, even though I had 5 products in my cart - 3 Champion items, 1 Nike item, and another brand. When I called customer service for assistance, the first representative was unable to help resolve the issue. Eventually, I was informed that the coupon wouldn't apply to 2 Champion products being shipped separately. When trying to use the coupon for the other items, I encountered an error message stating I already had a coupon applied, although I did not. The customer service agent could not clarify this. After the ordeal, I was offered a 15% discount post-purchase, which I declined. It's frustrating when coupons don't work as expected and customer service has limited answers. This experience made it challenging to complete my purchase at Modell's.

I have been trying to contact the new products management regarding a new invention - a back weight supporting harness belt holder designed for men, women, and young adults. This product allows adding weights and locking them onto your back, adjusting height, and featuring padded shoulder straps. By buckling up and starting squats, bends, and various exercises, it helps build muscles in upper and lower body parts. I have a prototype and instructions for the harness, and a provisional patent has been granted. I am seeking Modell’s Sporting Goods company's interest in manufacturing and distributing this product to various outlets in the USA such as offices, gyms, health clubs, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and physical therapy centers. I am frustrated with this website as it is not allowing me to submit a claim. I have written my request for a refund, but the form is not processing my submission. I am trying repeatedly, but it seems futile. This system for returning items is flawed and incredibly challenging to navigate.

I ordered on December 9th, and I got an email confirming shipment. I've checked the delivery status multiple times, with inconsistent delivery dates. Today, FED EX doesn't show any delivery date, only that it's on the way and currently in transit. It's been almost two weeks, and my package is still not here - this is meant to be a Christmas gift for my nephew. This whole situation has made me think twice about shopping online with Modell's in the future.

I contacted Modells to initiate a return, and they informed me, "A return has been opened for your order, and you will receive a separate email with the RMA number and return instructions." However, I have yet to receive the email containing the RMA number and return instructions. My order number is Modells[redacted]7. Good afternoon, I am writing to inform you that my shoes were stolen from the store. I was told I could pick up my prepaid order at the store on Wednesday, 3/3/[redacted]. However, they have not been located. The tracking number indicated they were delivered on 3/2/[redacted] after 3 pm. I contacted the store on 3/3/[redacted] and was informed they were in, but three managers and two salespeople later, my shoes are still missing. I would like some form of compensation for this inconvenience. The current manager is making a great effort to locate the shoes, which I appreciate. I ordered the shoes with the model number [redacted]0 in Grey/Black, and although they were shipped and received, they are nowhere to be found.
