I recently faced an issue with my Mobile Now account when attempting to pay for parking in Camden, New Jersey. Despite changing my credit card information on the app and being notified that my account would be replenished with $20 when depleted, I found a parking ticket on my car instead of my account being used for payment. I had $5.63 in the account at the time of the incident. Can someone help me understand why my account was not automatically replenished to cover the parking fee as indicated?
