Help with my MobileMe.com issue

MobileMe.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-dirkalle will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-dirkalle later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
The issue in GetHuman-dirkalle's own words
pay for parking- and need to top up my account. New credit card. Added info and paid for parking until **p (almost ** hours). Ticket written two hours later. ... I have a mobile now account that had $*.** in it. I went to pay for parking in Camden New Jersey and needed more money in my account. The credit card on file was no longer valid. I changed my credit card number on the app. The message I received was that when the account was depleted it would be replenished with $** from a credit card. I returned to my car to have a parking ticket on it from the Camden city parking authority. Why was my account not replenished, and used to pay for my parking?
GetHuman-dirkalle did not yet indicate what MobileMe.com should do to make this right.
