I have been emailing you since Sunday when told I wouldn’t be eligible because they didn’t have a record of this discount then later told that it had expired which wasn’t true. I had placed the order within the time specified. I’m tired of not being contacted to have this issue rectified. Just cancel the order and tell me how to return the items received.
