Hi, I placed an order with your company on ********* and received it a couple of days ago. My order * was *******. I had ordered an iFlash USB Drive for iPhone and iPad. this is very cheaply made and though it finally down loaded the pictures off my iPhone, it will not download them to my computer. The cost of this item was $**.**. It was a ** GB in Rose Gold color. The other thing was a two pack, one black and one white Wireless Desktop Smartphone Charger, neither of which will work. This item was at a cost of $**.**, they are just useless. I am asking for a full refund. The total cost of these items was $**.**. I was looking forward to having these items, but sadly, they are not working as they were suppose too. My phone number is ************ If you need to call me.
