Help with my Mississippi Power issue

I made an arrangement for pass due amount for Thursday which was ***.**. I only had **.** to pay Thursday which I paid thru bill matrix. I had to end up paying the other **.** thru bill matrix because the person that I asked to bring the **.oo to Mississippi power was not able to so I Called and paid the **.** thru bill matrix which completed my past due amount. So this move which is Sunday. I received a txt stating that I am to be disconnected because my full bill hasn't been received. I made arrangements for the past due amount only. And the **.** is showing up as only pending when I checked online. There is no one for me to call before the morning.
GetHuman1039352 did not yet indicate what Mississippi Power should do to make this right.
