October **, ****, per your instructions, I returned the FitBit Sense, I purchased and paid for. *As of Dec. *, ****, I have not been reimbursed for this item.*This customer is very unhappy due to the time element involved in refunding my money.*I keep getting the run-around that I will received the refund in *-* business days. *What seems to be the issue? I could not receive the product without paying, now you have the product and my money.*I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!
