Our family's Google Play family group experienced changes when an Admin (additional family member) was added. I had to reinstall Minecraft, which was purchased through our original family group, but my in-app purchase of Minecraft Store Item 6 (purchased on September 15, [redacted]) is missing. This situation also occurred on my brother's Android device with his in-app purchase. We all have Minecraft reinstalled, but we are missing the in-app purchases we individually bought on our own Google Play accounts. We did not sign in to a Microsoft account; we simply played straight from the app on our tablets. I attempted signing up with a Microsoft account to locate my in-app purchase, but it did not resolve the issue. The in-app purchase does appear in my purchases on Google Play. I would like to have it restored. I have exhausted my efforts and cannot resolve this matter. Please provide guidance on the next steps to take.

I recently encountered an issue with my Minecraft account linked to the email sammbrixey@gmail and the username who_222. Microsoft locked my account for suspicious activity and provided a temporary account while resolving it. Upon unlocking, I faced difficulty signing back into my original account even though the details are correct. Sony mentioned they couldn't assist due to it being a game account. The account contains purchased items, and I am prompted to sign in with the temporary one but can't access my original account. This situation is preventing me from playing with friends cross-platform, and I'm struggling to find a solution.

I didn't have the chance to roll any weed or Swishers while I was locked up on Christmas. I missed seeing my friends and giving my mom a hug and kisses. It's hard not being able to post on Instagram with all the snitching happening. Sometimes, when I'm alone in my jail cell, I feel overwhelmed with emotions. Smoking helps me cope and heal. It's frustrating when women pretend to care but are fake. I keep my distance from them. Dealing with violence and having murder on my mind is a heavy burden. The pain is numbed by smoking loud. Despite the haters trying to derail me, I stay focused. The thoughts of violence constantly haunt me, making it hard to escape this cycle.

I have been experiencing persistent freezing issues with the Minecraft app on my iPad. Every time I log in to play, the game freezes after about 5 minutes. I have attempted to resolve this problem without success. Interestingly, the app works perfectly on my Xbox. Could this be due to the need for an update on the iPad version of Minecraft? Hello, I have been playing Minecraft for quite some time now, and I purchased my account in early [redacted], around winter. When I recently tried to log in, I was unable to access my account using my usual username, "Dylan419," and password. After researching online, I learned about migrating accounts, but despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in completing the process. After creating an account for Minecraft, my game froze and closed. Despite reinstalling the app, I faced the same issue when trying to play or create an account. Upon returning to play, I discovered that all my worlds/maps were deleted. Any assistance on how to recover my lost worlds would be greatly appreciated.

I have submitted two support requests to Minecraft regarding an issue with extending my AmethystEl1980 Bizarre World realm. I initially reached out in December with reference number [redacted], outlining the problem of 29 days added to my original realm and a new realm created with [redacted] days. I requested to transfer the [redacted] days to the correct realm. Additionally, I want to highlight that the new, unused realm is deducting days from my purchased [redacted]-day subscription, affecting the realm my children and their cousins use. With only 9 days left on the current realm, it's essential to correct this promptly to avoid disappointment. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently updated Minecraft on my PS4 and encountered the "Almost out of storage space" warning. After removing duplicate worlds to free up space, I attempted to convert the worlds. However, upon entering them, I discovered that either my builds were missing entirely or only a small portion remained in a new and different landscape. For instance, a world that used to be hills, grass, mountains, and trees is now an ocean with desert islands, with just a corner of a mountain holding one of my old buildings. In another flat world, I appeared in a new spot without any inventory items and couldn't find my creations after searching extensively. When the prompt mentioned "convert old world," I assumed it meant transferring the original world unchanged. The current outcome of losing most of my work is disappointing. I'm seeking a solution to restore my old worlds exactly as they were before the update. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When launching Minecraft on my mobile instead of console, I encountered a voice speaking every time I clicked on an option, like when selecting "play" on the main menu. The voice resembled Google or Siri. Despite checking both Minecraft and phone settings, everything appeared normal. Reinstalling the game temporarily resolves this issue, but it reverts back to the voice prompt problem upon reopening the app. I am in desperate need of assistance as this ongoing voice issue is quite bothersome during gameplay. I am experiencing difficulties logging in to both the launcher and website. The launcher shows an error message stating "invalid email or password", while the website does not respond when I attempt to log in. Despite changing my password several times, I believe it to be correct as I can access the Minecraft website via my phone. I have successfully logged in to the Mojang site and submitted a form to Minecraft Customer Support. However, it has been weeks since I requested assistance and I have yet to receive a response.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I had an account for Minecraft with the username Bondy14 that I created 8-9 years ago. Unfortunately, I can no longer access this account. I made a new account, OpicalIllusions, about 6-7 years ago after being banned from a server on the Bondy14 account. I'm wondering if there is any way I can regain access to my old Bondy14 account. I no longer have access to the email associated with it as I cannot remember it. I should be able to answer security questions and provide the home address linked to the account if needed, but I am struggling to recall the email address.

Hello, I'm Rhys, and my username on the forum is NorthernGlint65. I bought minecoins for my Nintendo Switch on January 30, [redacted], at a cost of £41. After purchasing, I attempted to buy Realms Plus for [redacted] minecoins but didn't receive it despite the coins being deducted. Additionally, I bought a prison pass. I've been monitoring for the Realms Plus, but it hasn't shown up yet. Today, I discovered that all my coins have disappeared. Good afternoon, I was playing on a world on Xbox One, beta edition. About a week ago, I saved and exited the game. When I went to my dad's house, who has an Xbox One S, and logged into my account, I noticed that all the progress was missing, showing a saved world from a month ago. I quickly quit the game to prevent saving, returned home, logged back in, and found the old save with months of work gone. Please assist me in recovering this world. I have dedicated endless hours to building on this, please help.

Good afternoon, I am facing an issue where I am unable to join my friends' Minecraft worlds. This problem started last year and persists until now. I have tried troubleshooting by researching online but haven't found a solution. Surprisingly, I was able to join one friend's world, but the problem continues with others. This issue is not limited to one version of Minecraft, as I have it on Windows 10, Switch, and iPad. I even attempted to use different accounts, but the problem remains unresolved. I am feeling extremely frustrated and overwhelmed with the ongoing issues I've been facing in my Minecraft world over the past two months. Soon after creating the world, several chests vanished, only to later realize they were invisible without being able to retrieve our items. The game consistently glitches during play, resulting in the disappearance of items, including my named and tied horse and a valuable pickaxe with costly enchantments that I worked tirelessly to obtain. These glitches have caused me to lose about five horses with valuable armor. Despite my dedication to playing Minecraft daily for over a year and investing in my Microsoft account and marketplace purchases, the recent excessive glitchiness has been truly disappointing. I am not just looking for a resolution to the technical issues but also seeking restoration of the lost items like my pickaxe.

I encountered an issue while trying to migrate my old account to a new Mojang account. Even though the migration process seems to have taken place, I did not receive any confirmation email to my email address [redacted] Despite providing proof of purchase and all necessary account details, I have not received any assistance from Minecraft support. An initial email was sent on Dec. 17 without a response, and a follow-up was sent on Jan. 4, but I am still awaiting a reply. I am eager to regain access to my account so I can continue playing.

I've been enjoying Minecraft solo for about 2 years now. Today, I attempted to join my friends who play on Playstations, while I have an Xbox. However, upon logging in, I noticed the lack of a "crossplay friends" option in the friends tab. Initially, I thought it was a glitch and rebooted my Xbox, but to no avail. After realizing I was using the trial version, I purchased the $20 version hoping for a resolution, yet the cross-play feature remains elusive.

I am having trouble accessing my legacy Minecraft account as I forgot the linked email and password. Earlier today, it was fine, but later on, I couldn't log in. I attempted to reset the password, but I'm unsure about the email linked to the account. After some searching, I managed to locate the email and reset the password. However, even with the correct new password, the Minecraft launcher still won't let me log in. I have all the necessary details for my Minecraft account now; it just doesn't recognize the new passwords I set.
