Hello, I am having trouble connecting to play Minecraft across different devices with my family. I play on a Nintendo Switch with the latest Bedrock Edition, and my daughter uses an Apple iPad with the latest Pocket Edition. We have both created Xbox Live accounts and are logged in, but we can't see each other online in the game. We've tried inviting each other to our worlds, but the invites don't seem to go through. The same issue occurs when trying to connect with my wife, who plays on an iPhone. Playing together was the main reason for getting the game, so any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I'm feeling really frustrated with trying to set up Minecraft on my daughters' laptops. They have been playing on their individual iPads for years. Recently, I got each of them a laptop, but setting up the PC edition has been a huge challenge. Despite each of them having their own iCloud email connected to our family account, and being set up as child accounts under my husband's Xbox account, I can't seem to link their profiles to the PC edition. I had to purchase Minecraft again for the laptops and tried to log them in, but it just won't work. The system doesn't recognize their accounts, and the whole process has been really stressful. I bought the laptops specifically for them to play Minecraft and other games, and it's disappointing that we're having so much trouble with it, especially since it was meant to be a Christmas gift.

Last night, on December 22nd between 12 and 1 am, I encountered strange invisible walls in Minecraft while riding my horse Ace. After restarting the game and my Xbox, the glitch seemed to be resolved, but it reappeared as I ventured away from my house. My horse disappeared when I dismounted to fight a skeleton, along with a baby zombie pigman named Bengiman. While searching for Ace, the glitch reoccurred as I attempted to cross a river, where I encountered dancing fish and invisible obstacles. Today, with the help of a friend, I located Ace and other missing items, including a rare pink sheep and a donkey, but faced more glitches when traveling through open fields, resulting in the loss of my horse and belongings. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving these issues and for the return of my lost items. Thank you for your help.

I recently started using my older sister's Minecraft account, as she no longer plays. To make it more personalized, I changed the skin with her approval. We selected a cool one and it worked fine in singleplayer mode. However, when I joined my favorite multiplayer server, an error message displayed "Not authenticated with minecraft.net." This was odd, as I had just been on the server without any issues, but using my sister's skin. I attempted to reset the skin and refreshed the game, yet the same error persisted. I even tried removing and re-adding the server, but it didn't resolve the problem. Any suggestions on how to address this issue?

My family and I have been unable to enjoy playing Minecraft since the latest update. We cherish the family time we spend playing online together, especially because we live far apart. However, with the new update, we've encountered issues such as incomplete world generation and unusual occurrences like a pink sheep and my sister getting stuck in a wall. We are disappointed in the quality of this update, as we have been loyal players since the game's inception. Our scheduled family time is precious to us, given our busy lives. We kindly request an immediate resolution to these problems. We adore this game and it has been a vital way for us to bond over the years. If these ongoing issues are not addressed promptly, we may have to consider switching to a different game. Please rectify these issues to preserve the special memories and moments we share while playing Minecraft. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Just to clarify, we play on PlayStation 3.

About a week ago, I played the new 1.14 snapshot and then reverted to 1.13.2 to join a server. Initially, I launched successfully, but subsequently, the game froze on the white Mojang screen or main menu. Whenever I clicked, an error message popped up stating "Java(TM) platform Binary SE has stopped working." Despite searching online for solutions, I only found similar issues related to the old launcher. Following suggestions from forums, I reinstalled Java and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but encountered the same error message. While trying to analyze the game output, I found it confusing. As Mojang support lacks live chat, I decided to seek help here.

I currently own a realm with a 2-person limit and often struggle with not having enough space for others. I am interested in upgrading to the 10-person realm but find the process confusing. I would appreciate clear instructions on how to make this change. On a separate note, I encountered a disappointing DUD end dungeon and am unsure how to locate other dungeons. I have heard about "rings" of dungeons but need detailed guidance on finding a new one. I have searched the Minecraft help page without success, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am currently facing issues with my Minecraft game. A few hours ago, after playing for some time, I took a break and when I tried to return, I encountered difficulties. My character and worlds were not loading, and I was unable to create new ones or access online servers. I recently rediscovered my interest in the game, but I'm unable to access my old account. I believe it's a legacy account since I was active during versions 1.8 and 1.9. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with the account, but I remember both the username, DrRagingEagle, and the password. I'm unsure if I ever migrated the account to a Mojang account. If it turns out my account is a Mojang one and not legacy, I suspect it may have been compromised. I'll be monitoring this closely to address any potential hacking. Xbox One Player Seeking Help for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Playing with my friend, we encountered a strange issue in Minecraft. After he respawned in The Overworld, he had difficulty mining, attacking mobs, or taking damage. Even jumping off the End island did not work, leaving him stuck at level -40. Upon reloading the game, he couldn't progress. I, however, can still play without any issues. If anyone has encountered this or knows a solution, we would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

I need assistance with my daughter's situation involving the Crafting & Building game. I purchased Minecraft for her, but she wants to add a mod using Mods for Minecraft, which prompted her to install Block Launcher. Crafting & Building is quite similar to Minecraft, but when using Block Launcher, her Crafting & Building saved files and the mod items appear to be missing. We are looking for a solution to add the mod without having to uninstall Crafting & Building, as she has put a lot of effort into her creations on that app.

I recently purchased Minecraft on my PS4 and am eager to play with friends on different platforms. I am a bit lost on how to do this. One of my friends set up a server on their mobile device and successfully added another friend from Xbox1 using their Minecraft account username. However, when I launched my game, I wasn't prompted to create an account or sign in, so all I have is my PS4 Online ID, which my friends can't use to invite me. Since Minecraft is advertised as fully cross-platform, I'm wondering how I can join my friends on the server.

I am experiencing issues when attempting to log into minecraft.net. The error occurs in Chrome without stating incorrect login details. I also tried logging in via Microsoft Edge without success. Even the launcher displays an error of incorrect username/password. I attempted to log in without using a VPN but still encountered the same problem. The error message in Chrome states: "Access to fetch at...' has been blocked by CORS policy." It mentions that the response to the preflight request does not pass the access control check due to the absence of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header on the requested resource. The suggestion provided is to set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

Hi there, I used to play Minecraft some time ago and recently got a new computer. After spending an hour trying to remember my old password for my @hotmail account, I managed to download Minecraft. However, I am unable to upgrade from my Java version because I can't remember the security questions. I attempted to send an email to my old hotmail account several times, but nothing is showing up in the inbox. I would like to link my Mojang account to my new email address, [redacted], and reset the security settings.

I am interested in downloading Minecraft on my new laptop. I initially signed up for the game around [redacted] or [redacted] and purchased it. However, I have not played for a while and now wish to access it again. Unfortunately, I believe the email I used for the sign-up is no longer active. I can prove my ownership by referencing my character with the name "keeperofdemons" on namemc.com. Is there a way for me to download the game onto a new email without repurchasing it? The old email linked to the account may have been [redacted], but I am unsure if it is associated with Microsoft or Mojang. I have been researching this issue online without success. The following error message keeps appearing: "ru.turikhay.tlauncher.bootstrap.exception.ExceptionList: [java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect, java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect, java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol family: connect]". This issue seems to be related to the network connection protocol.

I purchased a realm around 2 months ago and recently started experiencing connection problems a few days back. I haven't made any changes to my internet or service when the issue started, and it's now happening consistently every 5-10 minutes. The error messages I receive vary but typically start with "connection lost" and lead to codes like: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: incorrect header check Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of [redacted] is larger than protocol maximum of [redacted] Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.CorruptedFrameException: length wider than 21-bit I play on Minecraft Version 1.14.4 with no mods or texture packs, and this issue seems to be specific to realms. I would like to see support for using a mouse in Minecraft Pocket Edition like on a PC. Players using PCs can easily access Minecraft PE servers and have an advantage with their mouse and keyboard controls. I have tried connecting a mouse and keyboard via Bluetooth and even considered purchasing a USB Type-C adapter. How can we compete on an equal level without this support? I believe allowing players to connect a keyboard and mouse to the phone would greatly enhance the gaming experience, making it more on par with PC players. It's unfair that some players with better devices have a significant advantage. I'm from the Middle East where there are limited servers available, making it difficult to compete. I hope Mojang addresses this issue promptly for a more balanced gaming environment.

My friend recently created an Xbox account but was having trouble playing on multiplayer servers due to privacy settings. After checking his account, the issue was confirmed. Upon inviting a family member to troubleshoot, they experienced crashes and temporary success with the account. However, when attempting to play multiplayer together on Minecraft, the game continuously loads his account causing crashes. Trying to log out is challenging as it leads to more crashing issues. I'm stuck and desperate for a solution as deleting Minecraft PE would result in losing all progress. Any help is greatly appreciated, as this situation is frustrating on my iPad Pro 9.7. Thank you.
