I sent payment to you for my current bill on **** and I received a notice that my bill is delinquent today. I contacted the customer care (???) department and received negative responses regarding my complaint. I asked to speak to the manager and after ** minutes an individual that stated his name was Billy would not transfer me to the billing department and asked for my payment over the phone. Why would I pay again if I already sent a check and you have not cashed it. I am extremely disturbed by incompetence on the part of your personnel. As the retired president of a corporate consulting and training firm (** years) you need to train your personnel much better. If they are providing customer care they need to learn what care is. Resolve this problem today.
