I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.

Been trying to get the name of the managers supervisor to speak to that person.
How GetHuman2950725 fixed the problem
The manager had no choice but to credit me back the $*** that was HER mistake. But she treated me like **** and I am still not happy about the way she yelled at me, threatened me to file harassment charges, took this personal and turned it into a fight, banned me from ever being a guest at a Microtel ever again ( I don't believe she has that power to do that), then hung up on me mid sentence, while I was calmly trying to tell her my side... she talked over me and hung up. I am super zen, calm, and a problem solver (social worker) . I did not raise my voice, or blame HER. I just wanted a reason for the extra charge, and wanted the charge taken off of my bank account. Because of her, I had to dispute this charge with my bank, cancel my debit card, order a new one, have the bank give me a provisional credit of $*** so I wouldn't have a negative balance in my checking account.... ALL because of HER mistake that could have easily been taken care of. She couldn't handle being wrong or making a mistake( we all make mistakes) … and took it as an attack and she REACTED. No manager should EVER handle an upset or distraught customer the way she did. I am more upset with how I was treated, then the money. Her name is Bonnie Miller at Penn Yan Microtel. I am still trying to get in touch with her supervisor to complain. Not happy.
