Someone has been repeatedly using the Microsoft account recovery feature to change my son's password, even though only my Hotmail account is listed as the recovery email. This person has managed to reset the password twice using different email addresses. Each time, I regained access by resetting the password through my Hotmail. The culprit seems to be promoting free Sony PS4 and Microsoft accounts on YouTube. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I received calls from individuals purporting to be Windows Support, mentioning an issue from a year ago involving my IP address, which I found suspicious. The numbers they called from are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I avoided engaging further and want to report these numbers for investigation.

I am receiving an excessive amount of unwanted emails, mostly from Hotmail.com addresses, promoting sexual content. Despite filing complaints for over a month, the responses from Microsoft's representative have been unsatisfactory. I am unable to get my questions answered or have the issue escalated to a manager. Additionally, the phone number provided does not connect me to a live person but rather a poorly programmed robot. This experience with Microsoft feels frustrating and unhelpful. It is frustrating that I cannot get proper assistance, leaving me feeling like Microsoft is unresponsive to my concerns.

I have been trying to reach Macaluso's live agent without success for the past two hours. Their assistant keeps prompting me to change my password, but that's not the reason for my call. I desperately need to speak to a Microsoft agent, but it seems impossible to get through to the right person. I'm in pain and can't afford to be led astray by unhelpful prompts. Microsoft really needs to improve its customer service accessibility. Contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank You, N.R.

I had a technical support visit on 10/26 for a cyber attack on my PC that required escalating to the next level. I was expecting a call from Microsoft between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. on 10/27, but no one has contacted me yet. I managed to recover my Steve R.'s email account and found an email at 3:45 p.m. on 10/26 stating that Stephen Rhodes was removed from the Microsoft Family, which I did not authorize. Despite running a fresh start, the attacks persist, and my accounts keep getting hacked. When attempting to check for router updates on my Netgear R6700, it claimed my serial number doesn't match my email. It seems like my account has been compromised to prevent firmware upgrades. I would appreciate a call regarding this matter.

I've been a user of Live Mail for over 10 years. After waking up from a coma caused by a car accident and dealing with a traumatic brain injury, unfortunately, a friend of mine hacked into my account and changed my password. He stole $[redacted] from my PayPal account. With the assistance of a kind lady from PayPal over the phone, I was able to access my PayPal account without my email, but now I urgently need access to my account at John Jay [redacted] at live.com. This account contains important Bitcoin links and other essential information. Despite filling out the necessary forms, I am still unable to regain access. Due to the confusion during my hospitalization, there may have been errors in the information provided. I really need help to sort this out and regain control of my account, especially during these challenging times of the pandemic. Your assistance would truly make a significant positive impact on my life.

I once had an email where I stored all my life memories and pictures. The email was rexdalezzz_fynezzz_gangstrezzz[at]hotmail.com. Unfortunately, I set a long password that I now can't remember, and the email got deleted. I reached out for help when I was younger, but I couldn't find a solution. I've lost access to significant memories, including family photos, high school pictures, and last moments with loved ones who passed away. If there's any way to reactivate the email and reset my password, I would be immensely grateful. Despite many years passing, I feel compelled to try and retrieve those precious memories. Resetting the password seemed like a good idea when I was archiving those emails, but now it's my greatest regret.

I'm facing issues with my hotmail.com email account, which I used for Facebook. I got locked out of Facebook and cannot access the recovery email sent to my Hotmail. My Hotmail account is also locked, and the recovery form isn't helping. Additionally, the phone number linked to the account is outdated. Without access to my Hotmail, I can't regain control of my Facebook account. I've tried following Facebook's guidance, but I'm stuck.
