I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Students. I have the 25-character product key but encountered activation issues. I tried to activate by entering the key, followed the prompts, and eventually got stuck at a Windows Hello screen requesting a PIN. Not knowing the PIN, I attempted to reset it but faced challenges due to forgotten passwords and unfamiliar Microsoft accounts. I created a new account but still couldn't access the software. Kindly assist via email or phone. Thank you. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] (Home Landline) +34 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] (Mobile in Spain) Respectfully, Lanious ("Lenny") Hume, Jr. GySgt USMC, Ret.

My father is currently in the hospital, and I am attempting to access his email account to contact necessary individuals. While I have his email address and password, I am unable to complete the two-step verification process on a new device. He does not possess a cell phone for text verification purposes. I have attempted to use my own email for verification, but I keep getting redirected to the same verification screen with a 4-digit code. It is crucial that I bypass this step and gain access to his email using only the email and password provided. Time is of the essence as he is unable to communicate, and I need to reach out to the appropriate contacts.

I am experiencing trouble accessing my email. The email has an outdated mobile number and a backup email with a typo, preventing me from verifying it. I have attempted to submit the automated form four times, with two responses indicating insufficient information and the other two without any reply. Contacting Microsoft and creating a new account have not been successful. Even creating the new account loops back to verification before signing in. This is frustrating as I cannot access my original account, which contains important orders and job applications. Your assistance with resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

I am encountering an issue with Microsoft Office indicating that my license is invalid. This has happened approximately four times now, usually after Windows updates. I purchased Office [redacted] Pro Plus from Amazon in August last year. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps suggested, the problem persists. I have invested in official licenses and do not wish to purchase another Microsoft Office product. It is frustrating to have the software become unlicensed through Windows updates without clear awareness. I urge Microsoft to address this recurring problem promptly.

My girlfriend, YA, has a Microsoft account on her new Dell Inspiron laptop. A BitLocker key suddenly appeared and froze the computer. I contacted Dell Concierge services, and a tech rep attempted to access the BitLocker recovery key but couldn't find it under devices. Could you please send YA the recovery key to her email address? Her computer is inaccessible due to BitLocker. She is hoping to have the BitLocker system removed if possible. If you are unable to email the recovery key, please assist in removing BitLocker from her laptop.

My girlfriend is locked out of her Dell Inspiron 15 - [redacted] laptop due to an unexpected Bit Locker activation. We are unfamiliar with this feature and sought help from Dell tech support. However, they were unable to retrieve the Bit Locker recovery key as no devices were listed in her Microsoft account. This laptop is essential for her work as an Assistant Principal, and she needs access before returning to work post-Labor Day. Could you kindly send the Bit Locker recovery key to her email address at [redacted]? She can access emails on her old desktop computer. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sirs, I would like to cancel any paid product updates from Microsoft. I do not consider myself responsible for any paid updates that do not have my explicit authorization. I only have one Microsoft computer, which is currently not in use. For the reasons mentioned, I do not expect to be charged for any new Microsoft product. The only exception is Skype, for which I already pay the service on various applications, most of which are not Microsoft. Regards, Gilberto Ramalho

While using my laptop, it became infected with viruses and malware, causing it to lock up. I contacted MicroSoft Customer Services at 1-[redacted] as prompted. The technician claimed to be from MicroSoft and requested access to my laptop, which I granted. He identified and removed the malware, restoring my laptop's functionality. The technician advised purchasing software protection since McAfee Security was no longer effective. I paid $[redacted].00 for services and $[redacted].00 for "My Tech" security using my debit card. The transaction appears as Even Group Inc-GGE4 from Atlanta, GA. Communication was through eevenservices.com. I'm uncertain if this service is endorsed by MicroSoft, a legitimate repair provider, or potentially a scam. The contact numbers for this company are [redacted] and [redacted].

I recently had the FXSound application for better sound quality, but it caused issues with my headphones and glitches. I uninstalled it before starting college. Since then, my browser extension has been acting up, crackling sounds persist even after uninstalling FXSound. I noticed the problem was not with the extension, as the issue remained post-reboot. I attempted to fix it myself by deleting the Intel Smart Technology sound driver and installing a new one, causing device errors. After resolving the looped restart issue with a YouTube tutorial, I struggled to reinstall any audio driver. Even after a factory reset, my laptop still lacks the necessary driver in the bottom corner. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am still unable to access my Outlook email accounts. Despite multiple attempts to unblock and reset passwords, the accounts keep getting blocked due to suspected misuse. I have never been able to successfully use the Outlook emails, unlike my functioning BT email. Since one of the blocked Outlook accounts is linked to my laptop, I am unable to utilize all its features like synchronization. Additionally, my Microsoft Word/Excel subscription has expired. I am unsure if renewing my subscription is worthwhile without a working Outlook account.

Good morning, I paid to update my Microsoft Windows and Outlook on August 15, [redacted]. I am Louis Gilford, a US Citizen living in Ghana, West Africa with my wife and daughter. While making a payment of $80 USD, my screen froze, and I accidentally double-clicked, resulting in an extra charge of $80 USD, totaling $[redacted] USD. I usually pay Microsoft using my Mastercard from Capital One Bank in the US. I then paid from my Stanbic bank account here. I kindly ask to have the second payment reversed. I will provide my Stanbic bank account details upon request. You can reach me at +[redacted]93. Please review my payment history to verify my genuine request. Thank you for your understanding and professionalism. Respectfully, Louis Gilford

I encountered what I think was a phishing attempt claiming to be from Microsoft. I received a pop-up with a supposed Microsoft number and was prompted to call. After speaking with my internet provider, I contacted the provided number. The individual on the line alleged that my device had been compromised and that financial data had been accessed. They brought up inappropriate content that I assure was never on my computer. I refrained from providing any personal or financial details. They instructed me to input certain commands on my computer which supposedly unveiled a list of hackers. They suggested contacting my bank for added security, but upon realizing inconsistencies in their responses, I confronted them about being a scam. After challenging them, they disconnected. Subsequently, my computer seemed to be back to normal. The individual, who identified as Jennie Johnson with Microsoft ID [redacted], did not contact me again, leaving me uncertain about enhancing my computer's security.

I have forgotten the password to my email address. Additionally, I have an old phone number linked to it that I no longer have since the beginning of the year. Besides, I cannot recall the security questions' answers (even though it should be obvious, I am unsure if it is correct). When I try to write down the answer, it then asks about the last emails I sent - but unfortunately, I do not have them anymore and don't know how to retrieve that information. I know I occasionally email myself on my university account, but I can't remember the exact subjects. I am unsure how to change my password, and I just can't seem to remember the password I changed a few weeks ago. What steps should I take, and what can I do? The affected email: [redacted]

I forgot my password and encountered issues with the authenticator. After requesting an emailed code, I found out that two-step authentication was activated and it required another code via the authenticator, which was not functioning. The alternative was a text message, but the linked phone number is outdated and I no longer have access to it. This has left me stuck without a solution. Regrettably, after numerous attempts to reset my account/password, I am now locked out. I recently bought a new computer and I need to move my files over but I am unable to access my Microsoft account to do so.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Windows Support team at 1-[redacted] for their quick response in helping me remove a Trojan from my computer. A knowledgeable representative guided me on running the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal tool 5.[redacted]9.1 to scan and eliminate the threat successfully. I am thankful for their assistance throughout the approximately 2-hour process. Following the removal, I received a recommendation from Microsoft to invest in a long-term security solution to prevent future attacks. I am seeking advice on potential protection programs and their associated costs.

I need help resetting the password for my son's Minecraft account. He's 9 years old and we're unable to log out of his current session since we don't know the password. I, as his father, attempted to recover his account last night but the website stated that we have insufficient information. My son would be very upset if he loses all the Minecraft creations he's worked on over the past two years. His account is [redacted], and my Microsoft account is [redacted] I've tried to reset his password multiple times without success. It seems the Family options feature that used to allow for this has been removed. How can I reset the password now? I've tried calling for support but only received a message stating that support has moved online with no further guidance on how to proceed. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

I have an Outlook email, [redacted] Recently, I created a new business email, [redacted] Initially, I set a unique password for the zak... email, but when I tried to log in, it kept showing the lczinski... email instead. I attempted the verification process multiple times, but it kept reverting to the lczinski... email, changing the password for it in the process. Oddly, I was able to send and receive emails from the zak... address, even receiving a confirmation from Microsoft. I am puzzled by this situation and unsure if I set it up incorrectly.

I assisted a friend in creating an Outlook email account to help set up a Cash App account. Unfortunately, I forgot to note down the password, leading to difficulty accessing the email. We already made the Cash App account but are locked out due to the email access issue. The email address is [redacted], created on September 15, [redacted], between 12:30-1:00 pm (Western Time). We are in Las Vegas, NV, zip code [redacted], struggling to reset the email using the provided method. The reset form asks for email addresses and subject lines from sent mail, which we haven't used. I urgently need to access the email for the Cash App to help my friend in a crucial situation, as the email access is necessary to reach the Cash App account. I'm hoping for a way to access or reset the email [redacted] with a temporary new password, which I vow to secure properly. His name is Tony T, born on December 22, [redacted].

I used to have a personal Microsoft [redacted] account before I started my current job. In July, I contracted Covid and had to work from home for a week. I needed access to some files, so I used OneDrive for work. I downloaded the work edition of [redacted] in addition to my personal account, but somehow the work edition merged with my personal information. I'm now trying to separate the two, but I'm unsure if it's related to my job, cookies, or some security measure. This issue has affected all my devices, even my phones. Due to the medication I took for Covid, I experienced manic symptoms, which made it difficult to communicate effectively with my company. They now think poorly of me, and I feel like I've lost respect at work. This problem persists, and I've lost important personal files, including precious photos of my children and my mother's [redacted] information. I'm confused and worried about the situation.
