Hello, I have an HP Envy computer that's been working well for ten years. Recently, I encountered a problem with Microsoft Edge. A message popped up saying "Free Video Downloader Has Crashed. Select this balloon to reload the extension." Despite several attempts to resolve this, I couldn't fix the issue. I even tried uninstalling Microsoft Edge, but the uninstall tab is grayed out.
