I am having trouble accessing my account as I have forgotten the password. I attempted to guess the password multiple times, resulting in being locked out of my account. While I know my correct email address and linked phone number, I did not receive a code to reset the password. I require assistance in resetting my password so I can create a new one and ensure that I have it saved for future reference.

I inserted my AUS B into my computer, but when I tried to open it, it showed an error stating "location not available." I reached out to your support team online, and they advised me to reconfigure it and restart. After doing so, my computer now won't accept my pin, claiming it's unavailable or unrecognizable. I contacted your support again, and they guided me to a website requesting my credit card details for assistance. However, even after providing the information, I was unable to access the site.

On December 7, my Outlook [redacted] Hotmail account got hacked. A suspicious link was sent from my email to everyone in my address book. I acted promptly and altered my password. Coincidentally, there was an unauthorized login to my account around the same time. Despite numerous attempts over the past week to regain access to my email, I have been unsuccessful. Emails are not coming through to my address ([redacted]) since December 7. Strangely, I can still send emails, and messages are being diverted to my Junk folder without issue.

For the past two days, I've been struggling to get assistance, and it's really frustrating. This is what the previous Adobe support representative informed me: I didn't ask for help with Creative Cloud or Adobe files. The files I was trying to repair are Microsoft files that I downloaded from their website while I was on the line with you. Please reach out to Microsoft and request assistance with installing the C++ 64-bit file. Avoid mentioning Adobe at all. I already explained what Adobe advised should be done.

I like to listen to music through a web player on my desktop during work hours (I use two monitors). However, regardless of the platform (such as Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify), the music doesn't autoplay but pauses at the end of each song. This problem started after I updated to Windows 11. I've reached out to support for Apple Music, Pandora, and Spotify, and all have said it's an issue with my computer, not their platforms. Could someone assist me with this?

I was advised to update my computer last night, which took about two hours. This morning, another update was necessary. Unfortunately, Word, Excel, and other software have been removed from my computer. I kindly request the software to be restored to its previous state. If this is not rectified within the next two hours, I will contact the US Attorney on Monday. I will elaborate on the connection between Microsoft and Bing, as well as the compensation received for each internet hit.

I need help accessing my laptop and retrieving important data stored in it because I have not set the BitLocker key. I am unable to open my laptop without it, and I do not have the recovery key uploaded to my Microsoft account. I am feeling frustrated and stressed due to this situation. I request your technical assistance in opening my laptop and retrieving the necessary data. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to stream a horror game for my friends on Discord with a face cam. Discord doesn't support game and face streaming simultaneously, so I'm using OBS to stream my main screen with the face cam. I set my audio input to stereo mix for them to hear the game and use a second account for talking. Everything works well, but I wanted to enhance my experience by using a headset. When I redirect audio to my headset, my friends can't hear the game through stereo mix, and vice versa. While I don't mind using stereo mix, it lacks surround sound. Is there a way to have them hear the game through stereo mix and for me to hear it through my headset simultaneously?

I am concerned about my privacy being compromised. I have encountered malware named Candy Open and Presenoker. My wireless Bluetooth and Ethernet hardware were disabled and marked as not present in the status. Although it briefly worked this afternoon, it is now preventing me from connecting to my Alcatel 1B hotspot, my only connection. Despite using a VPN on both my phone and laptop, I believe I have been hacked. I have evidence through photos and documentation. I would appreciate a callback for an explanation. I am fluent in English, so there will be no language barrier.

I am having trouble signing in on my computer. The screen remains black with my picture and name, and the sign-in box is displayed, but I cannot type the password into the box. I have attempted to enter the password, but it does not show up. Even after restarting the computer, the issue persists. On one occasion, the computer briefly went to my home page before returning to the sign-in box. I tried looking for assistance on the Microsoft "GET HELP" site from another device, but I couldn't find a solution. My computer runs on Windows 10 and is an HP 3-in-1. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On Friday, December 17, I encountered a program on the Yahoo Finance page that prompted me to call a phone number, 1-[redacted], claiming to be Microsoft Support. I spoke to a person named "Emma Williams" with the designation "MICR1313," who instructed me to navigate through steps to address a supposed "Tiny Banker Trojan" malware infection. After the process, a technician named "Christopher" charged me $[redacted].99 on my Visa card for a one-year service and advised me to call 1-[redacted] for follow-ups. Despite my computer now running smoothly, I have doubts about the legitimacy of the service. Could someone offer insight on whether this was a genuine Microsoft support transaction or a deception?

My computer froze, displaying a message instructing me to contact Tech Support at 1-[redacted]. The message implied someone was attempting to misuse my IP address. The technician questioned if I conduct banking activities on my computer, to which I replied negatively. He then advised me to shut down my computer and reboot after 15 minutes. I'm unsure if this number is legitimate for Tech Support. It made me curious why the technician only inquired about banking and online shopping. Hoping for confirmation on the legitimacy of this Tech Support number!

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I don't have the account number when required, and I can't successfully recover or change my password. This issue with Microsoft is affecting my Netflix and Prime Video accounts as well as my ability to view Outlook messages. As a senior citizen, I'm extremely frustrated that I can't speak to anyone for help. Thank you, Judi Bachner.

Hello, I have an HP Envy computer that's been working well for ten years. Recently, I encountered a problem with Microsoft Edge. A message popped up saying "Free Video Downloader Has Crashed. Select this balloon to reload the extension." Despite several attempts to resolve this, I couldn't fix the issue. I even tried uninstalling Microsoft Edge, but the uninstall tab is grayed out. I'm not sure if this can be fixed. My computer runs on Windows 10 Pro. Thank you, Sam

"I am having trouble accessing my email account. I received a message saying that there was unusual activity with my Microsoft account, [redacted] They have blocked access and are asking me to confirm recent activity. The issue might be because the account is linked to an old landline number that I no longer have. This email is shared between my spouse and me, and we have been using it for many years."

I am having trouble logging into my Outlook and Skype accounts on my new computer. It seems to think I am not the account owner and has now blocked me. The two accounts in question are [redacted] and live:littlemaggie29. The recovery phone number linked to the account is my landline, [redacted], but I can't receive the verification code because my old answering machine does not display text messages. I am requesting to update the verification phone number to my cellphone, [redacted]. Despite trying multiple verification forms, none have been successful. I have exhausted all possible solutions over the last few months. I last accessed my Skype account in August and September of [redacted], interacting with the following accounts: kiki.myth, live:f86e8db47ba924de, enderand1, live:deformed_egg, moonboltgamer, bhari.gabriella.

My son's Microsoft account has been hacked, along with the email linked to it. The hackers changed the email and possibly the password. He is still logged in on his Xbox, but we can't access the account. The linked email was [redacted] My son's name is Haley Jones, his gamer tag is Bas3Ba11Boy, and the old password was Branum5946. We've had this account for years and we're eager to recover it. I've already changed the password for my email account. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly.

Recently, my bank account was compromised by someone using an Xbox and Microsoft account, despite never having used either platform. Following a conversation with a representative from Microsoft, it was confirmed that the purchases were not made by me. However, my bank requires further verification from Microsoft to proceed with refunding the unauthorized transactions. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly, ideally before the holiday season. Unfortunately, contacting Microsoft directly for assistance has proven challenging.

I purchased two new subscriptions for Office [redacted] last spring. Recently, while transferring data to my new Dell desktop, a Dell technician informed me that Office [redacted] is not compatible with the [redacted] operating system. I spent over $[redacted] on these subscriptions. I am disappointed that I now need to purchase Office [redacted]. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for over 30 years. In the past, one subscription could be used on three computers, but now it seems we have to buy one subscription per computer. This change is frustrating.

My personal accounts and information have been compromised by someone I know. This individual has gained access to all my Microsoft accounts, including my XBOX, and has even taken control as the Administrator through "Power Shell." They have added numerous apps and tools to access my private financial information and possibly embezzle money in my name. Despite my attempts to seek help over the years, no action has been taken by your team. I am frustrated by the lack of response to such blatant security breaches. If a resolution is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal assistance to regain control of my accounts and the sensitive data that has been exposed due to the hacker's activities. I urge you to address this serious issue and provide the necessary assistance to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
