My Hotmail account has been hacked, and the password has been changed. I have followed all Microsoft's suggestions, but I keep receiving feedback that my submitted information is insufficient. Reopening this account is crucial as it's where doctors and clinics communicate with me. I can't remember all of them to redirect them to a new email. Additionally, I'm missing emails from various subscriptions. I urgently need to connect with a live representative to address this issue. You can reach me at [redacted]. I am feeling very frustrated. Thank you and I hope for prompt and reliable assistance. - Tom O. Maxwell

I recently bought my second HP Envy from Best Buy in Madison, MS, and had been using my fingerprint to sign in. I was working on some photos in Adobe for a friend's birthday dinner and set up a Microsoft email account to send them. My son tried to play a game on the computer, got locked out after entering the wrong PIN, and now I can't access it. I have another photoshoot coming up and need to show the pictures to the family. The email I used is [redacted], and I'm stuck because I only had one password. I didn't link a phone number or alternative email for it. Need help urgently!

My Windows 10 is malfunctioning. Originally, I reached out to Ubisoft support regarding voice chat issues in Rainbow Six Siege. Following their instructions, I disabled startup items in a configuration menu, but upon restarting, I couldn't sign in. An error prompted me to reset my PIN, which proved unresponsive. After seeking a solution online, I found one on a forum advising me to modify Windows Hello settings using recovery options and the command prompt. This allowed me to sign in, but my system is now completely disordered. The familiar Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar is missing, and clicking the volume button causes a glitch on my screen. I'm unable to access my account and the Wi-Fi settings page displays only a black line where options should appear. This situation has left me feeling helpless and I am in dire need of assistance.

I am Abigail H. and I have been using an email address with msn/outlook for over a decade. However, I forgot my password after changing it a few years ago. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, I am unable to gain access due to issues with the verification form. The email address in question is [redacted], which I have had since I was 10 and now at 29, it holds important emails I can't retrieve. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have tried everything at my disposal. Thank you.

After a software update on September 6, my Microsoft Outlook account stopped updating. Previously, I only needed to enter my pin to log in, but now it's asking for a password I haven't used in years. When trying to resolve the issue, they wanted to send a code to my home phone, which doesn't accept texts. Despite numerous attempts, the online repair process couldn't verify my identity, affecting my Skype account as well. The individual I reached out to for help couldn't assist and did not redirect me to someone who could help. This prolonged lockout has caused me significant inconvenience leading to the loss of many important contacts.

I received an email from what I thought was Microsoft regarding a renewal for Windows Defender for $[redacted].00. Since I never signed up for this service, I called the number provided (1-[redacted]) to cancel. The first person I spoke with gave me a cancellation number and refund amount but then transferred me to another individual. This second person prompted me to fill out a refund request on my computer, requesting personal information such as my address and bank details. Feeling uneasy, I stopped the process and suspect this might be a scam. I am seeking official guidance from Microsoft on this matter. Thank you. Leroy S.

I need assistance with recovering my account at [redacted] Every time I try, it asks me to contact my network administrator and then states that my organization does not have a password recovery option. This computer issue is preventing me from accessing and working on documents on My Drive. Although [redacted] is an alternative account, it would be beneficial to resolve the access problem with [redacted] for My Drive functionality. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently trying to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11. The PC Health Check App confirms that my device meets all the necessary requirements. However, when checking through Windows Update in the System, it indicates that my device falls short of the Windows 11 requirements. My system specifications include an AMD 3900X processor with 12 cores, 64GB RAM, a 2TB SSD system drive with 1.5GB of available space, TPM 2.0 installed through FTPM, and secure boot enabled on an MSI X570 Godlike Motherboard. I am seeking advice on how to proceed with the Windows 11 installation process. Thank you. - W.F.

I am trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, but I'm facing conflicting messages regarding my system's compatibility. The PC Health Check app indicates that my system meets all requirements for Windows 11. However, Windows Update claims that my PC does not meet the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. My system specifications include an AMD 3900X 12-core processor, 64 GB of RAM, 2 TB system SSD with 1.5 GB free space, running at 3.8 GHz. I have enabled TPM 2.0 via FTPM and am using secure boot, with an MSI X570 Godlike motherboard. How can I resolve this conflict so I can successfully install Windows 11? Thank you. Best regards, W. F.

I installed the Microsoft [redacted] app on my old Apple MacBook Pro. After switching to a new computer, I attempted to download the apps again. Even though they show as purchased and downloaded, none of the products are functional. I can no longer access the initial email linked to the account. When trying to use the apps now, I am prompted to update them through the app store. Despite the store indicating that they are up to date, the apps remain non-functional. I lack technical expertise, so I require straightforward instructions to resolve this issue and utilize programs like Power Point, Word, and Excel. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am currently attempting to recover my email account [redacted] I set up a secondary email address to request a new password, but after filling out the form, I did not receive the recovery code in my secondary mailbox, despite it being the correct address as indicated in the process. I have been using my Hotmail account for a long time, back when real personal data wasn't commonly used, so I am unable to utilize any alternative procedures to regain access to my account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance.

I recently encountered an issue with my HP laptop running Windows 10 Home. It suddenly crashed and displayed a message about the master boot loader needing a driver to be installed from an external source. It seems the installation files are needed as the system got corrupted. I have resolved this before but can't recall the process. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated to restore my computer and Windows 10 system. Thank you.

Hello, I've been attempting to regain access to an Outlook account that was established over a decade ago, but so far, Microsoft hasn't been able to assist me further. The issue lies in the fact that the phone number associated with the email account is outdated, and given the account's age, it's become quite challenging. I'm puzzled as to why there isn't a direct contact number or email address at Microsoft to address this matter. The guidance provided on their websites simply instructs me to "complete a new form with additional details."

I use a Mac computer. Lately, when I try to drag and drop a photo into a message in Safari, I encounter an issue. An error message pops up stating, "Can't send a message using server Yahoo. Connections to the server Yahoo on the default ports are timing out." This process has always worked for me until now. I'd appreciate any solutions you may have. If possible, please reach out via phone instead of email. Thank you, Don

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account [redacted] on my MacBook Pro. Additionally, I am unable to access my documents on OneDrive. I was advised to contact my now-resigned network administrator to recover my account, but this is no longer an option. I have submitted a request to Microsoft for account recovery and have been informed that it may take 5-10 business days for a response. I am hoping for assistance where someone can remotely access my computer to resolve the account access issue.

I am experiencing a problem with my Surface Book laptop where it fails to detach the keyboard when it mistakenly believes it's already detached, even though it's physically attached. Moreover, it didn't switch to tablet mode as usual when this problem started occurring. The main issue is that the keyboard is unresponsive because the system thinks it's detached, preventing me from typing, using the mouse, or even pressing the detach button.

I am experiencing issues with my Windows 10 operating system. Every time I try to launch an application, particularly Chrome and other installed software on my laptop, they close unexpectedly. Even though the taskbar shows the apps running, they are not visible on my desktop. I find it frustrating that I paid for this product but it is not functioning correctly. It is disappointing that a company would sell a faulty product and still charge customers for it. I have tried looking up solutions online, but nothing has worked so far. I am seeking a resolution to this problem as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a new PC and encountered issues with my main email during setup. As a result, I ended up using a different email, which changed my user name in the C:/users directory. I am the sole user of this computer and wish to update the email linked to my PC login. Various applications are impacted by this discrepancy as it does not match the user name I had on my previous PC. I am hesitant to begin the setup process from scratch since I have already invested time in installing numerous apps and transferring data.
