I accidentally deactivated my Outlook email address, and now I'm trying to reactivate it. Additionally, I've been attempting to remove an old, invalid email address from my Microsoft account. I received a message indicating that my [redacted] account is frozen as I exceeded the 5 GB storage limit by 3.43 GB. Microsoft mentioned that my OneDrive will be deleted if I don't address this by 7/26/[redacted] 1:48:24 PM. I'm unsure how to proceed since I cannot access anything due to the account being frozen. The email suggested upgrading my account or deleting unnecessary files to prevent this from happening.

I recently bought a new laptop and set it up using my email address and a PIN. However, I'm encountering issues accessing my Microsoft Office account, which seems linked to my older email address. I've followed the instructions and codes sent to my emails, but I'm still unable to access my current Office subscription. The trial version on the new laptop has expired today. I need assistance deactivating Office on my old computer and activating it on the new one for the remaining period. I would appreciate technical support to help me with this matter.

While scrolling through my news feed, several pop-up windows appeared claiming a "Critical Framework Error" from Windows and prompted me to call an [redacted] number urgently. Another window warned that my computer was blocked, totaling four windows. After calling the number, I followed the agent's instructions, leading to a nine-digit code displayed on my screen, which I provided to the agent. However, when asked to grant access to all my computer entries, including email and financial information, I declined, feeling uncomfortable. The agent replied that he couldn't assist me and abruptly hung up. Now, my computer is still malfunctioning. How can I seek genuine help to resolve this issue?

My Microsoft email account, established 25 years ago, has been compromised, and I am unable to access it as I have forgotten the password saved on my computer for the past 3 years. I have only updated my credit card information for Microsoft Office in the past. Despite my efforts to update the information with a representative three years ago, I am now locked out of both Skype and my email, struggling to recover my password. I attempted account recovery five times, but due to my age and vision impairment, I have had difficulty during the process. Retrieving old phone numbers stored on Skype has been impossible without access to it. The recovery process lacks accessibility for someone like me, and I fear losing valuable data as I am an active global user. Connecting the account to Facebook might have been a misstep in this situation.

My girlfriend used my card for a one-time purchase to create an account with the name "AuntNettesCorner" on your platform, but we've been unable to access it. We've attempted multiple times to reach a person through your automated system, but it disconnects before connecting us. Despite not renewing the subscription, automatic monthly charges of $13.99 have been debited from my account for approximately a year. If this issue isn't resolved, I'll have to cancel the card, resulting in the inconvenience of updating details for other linked services. Kindly advise on how to proceed.

Hello, No matter where I turn, I hope not to be brushed off again. It seems at Microsoft that nobody cares about any issues. The link to speak or chat with a support agent is a complete lie, as I keep getting redirected in circles. I am asked to sign into my account ([redacted]), which is locked, and that's my problem! I fill out the contact form for the 100th time and keep receiving the same generic response. I'm sorry, but there was a violation of security policies and the account has been deactivated. This response is not helpful at all. Even better, when I try to verify my identity with my phone number or email, I get an error message saying there is a temporary issue with the service. So that doesn't work either. Now I have the option to unblock my account. It's just as ludicrous! I am asked to provide the last three email addresses to which I sent something, including the subject line. Unfortunately, I don't send emails from that account, and if I did, they are years old. Where am I supposed to remember that from??? I have already created a new account, but it was promptly blocked again after adding 10(!!!) contacts on my Skype account. Apparently, that was too many for Microsoft and a reason to block the account permanently... I hope I can finally chat with a real person at Microsoft and not just an algorithm!!! Best regards, Steffen Schmidt

My Microsoft account [redacted] got locked after being hacked. Microsoft has not provided a reason for the lock and I have not received assistance or escalation of my ticket. They claim I violated their terms of service during the hack, while it was the hacker who did so. I want my account unlocked for work purposes or reimbursement for the time spent at $15 per hour for the last two weeks. I rely on this email for work and for my Xbox Live account, which holds a significant amount in games and items. I seek a resolution promptly. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new laptop and also bought some Microsoft Office key cards. I believed I successfully installed the first key card, created a Microsoft account, but when I tried to log back in, I received an error message stating my password was incorrect. Despite trying for months to rectify this issue, I have been unsuccessful. I attempted to change the password multiple times and entered the wrong phone number, making it more challenging to recover my account. The recovery form requires email information that I have not utilized yet due to the account being new, causing the form to be closed repeatedly. Frustratingly, I am unable to contact a customer service representative for assistance. Moreover, I am now finding myself unable to access Office programs as well, even though the purchase key I used when buying the laptop did not work. I enlisted the help of a tech support individual, but to no avail. I am truly at a loss and in need of help.

While playing Xbox, I encountered issues where I repeatedly got kicked out of my account. Upon trying to log into my Microsoft account, I discovered that it no longer existed due to a prior hacking incident. After confirming with a friend facing the same predicament, it seems our accounts were both compromised and wiped out entirely. As a result, I am seeking assistance on potential solutions to recover my account.

Years ago, I had a brilliant idea about us users never getting junk or spam mail. I believe that after the Outlook update restructure, if the user can place approved email addresses in categories such as known family, known friends, and approved emails from purchases, this could significantly reduce the amount of unwanted emails. Could you please pass this suggestion on to the relevant programming teams at Microsoft? It would be great to receive a confirmation message via email or text stating that they are considering this suggestion seriously. The goal is to eliminate the annoyance of receiving hundreds of junk emails by implementing this simple solution. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Yesterday, I switched off my computer to install a wifi card. Upon restarting, Windows now wants me to log into a profile with my real name, whereas I used to use an alias. As I don't have internet access, it prompts me to connect. There's also a mysterious new user profile with a password I didn't set up. Attempted solutions like system restore and restarts failed. Trying to boot in safe mode was unsuccessful too. I'm perplexed about regaining access to my computer. Running Windows 10 Pro, I modified power settings for fast boot before shutting down to add the wifi card.

I currently have an XBox Live account connected to an email address that is no longer active ([redacted]@sjslc.net). The billing email associated with this account is [redacted]@gmail.com. I'm facing difficulty changing the primary email address on my XBox console from the @sjslc.net domain to my current gmail address. Despite following the instructions provided to add a new email, the interface keeps displaying an error message preventing me from adding the new email. My main objective is to cancel my Xbox Live subscription. I initially tried to add my current email to the account and then switch the primary address, assuming it would resolve the issue. However, I have been unable to add a new email address due to the mentioned error. If possible, I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to assist in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am a Surface Go Pro user and I suspect my Wi-Fi has been compromised, leading to unauthorized access to my computer and sensitive information. Xfinity is assisting in resolving the issue with my account, but the concern is that the hacker has obtained my recovery key. I changed my Wi-Fi multiple times, but they still manage to regain access. I'm worried about the security of my computer, especially since they had access to my bank account. I need guidance on how to secure my computer effectively in light of this situation. Despite factory resetting an Xbox connected to my computer, I am concerned about the recovery key being compromised. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Windows on my desktop computer is malfunctioning since the last update, leaving me with an empty shell interface. I am unable to perform any tasks in this state. I have a Windows 10 License key but lack an installation disk. I am considering creating one using my other PC and applying it to fix the issue. Despite attempting safe mode and various other options, I cannot regain control of Windows or access Command Prompt. Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated.

A couple of weeks ago, my primary email account was hacked, and my friends received scam emails. I have secured my account, but now my incoming emails are going to the Conversation History folder instead of my Inbox. I am unable to find where this redirection happened in Outlook and need help to fix this issue. I am 76 years old, and following online instructions has been difficult for me. My hacked account is [redacted] None of my secondary accounts were affected by the hacking. I only need assistance with the incoming mail going to the wrong folder. I am unfamiliar with how rules work, and I can't find any rules causing this. Please ensure my stored emails are not affected during the repair process. Thank you for fixing this issue. John O.

After being deployed for over a year, I struggled to log into my account due to forgetting my password. The system locked me out after multiple failed attempts, and since I no longer have the internet provider or email associated with the account, I couldn't reset the password. I just need the account lock removed so I can use my original login credentials and update my email address to the new one. The original email associated with the account is [redacted] I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My Xbox accounts were locked after my son repeatedly entered the wrong 6-digit code. When I tried to access them with the correct codes, I was prompted to input my password. As I am not tech-savvy, my eldest son Quae initially set up the accounts for me. Tragically, he passed away on Aug. 18, [redacted]. I am unable to access his account because the FBI still has his phone for the ongoing investigation into his murder. The gamertags linked to the accounts are RotaryLeopard29 and MedianPancake5. Due to not having been used since winter, I cannot provide the latest password, as it was changed under Quae's email, [redacted] The accounts are registered under my name, STACYPURDIMAN, with email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] I can provide card information linked to the Xbox. These accounts hold cherished memories of my late son, and I desperately seek assistance in accessing them.

I need assistance regarding Microsoft as I have been continuously charged for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for over 6 months without my consent. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received a refund for a service I do not use. I have not utilized the service since [redacted] and have not used my Xbox console during this time. I have been trying to secure a refund since late January, and although I recently regained access to my account, the issue remains unresolved. I have spoken to Microsoft representatives multiple times, but the problem persists. I have initiated a dispute with my bank but am reaching out to Microsoft one last time before considering legal action due to unauthorized charges and lack of progress in resolving the matter for the past 6 months.
