I am currently unable to access my emails due to suspicious activity, which prompted me to reset my password. Unfortunately, the code for resetting the password was being sent to my landline instead of my cellphone, resulting in my inability to receive it. Without a second email address, account recovery seemed impossible. As a workaround, I tried using my cellphone number as my username to receive a code. However, upon entering the code, it was deemed incorrect. Additionally, when attempting to input my email address for recovery, I was informed it belonged to a different domain and was inaccessible. Despite trying multiple avenues to resolve this issue, I have not been successful. Please note that while I am providing my email address, resolving this matter is crucial for receiving any communication.

Both of my email accounts have been compromised by hackers who changed the passwords. Despite filling out the recovery form multiple times, I have been unsuccessful in recovering the accounts. The first email is [redacted], with sensitive personal information. The second account is [redacted], also containing personal details. I urgently require assistance in regaining access to both accounts as the hacker has my information. Please reach out to me at [redacted] Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

My Microsoft account is locked without reason, and I am unable to resolve it. I attempted to use my iPad number from TextNow, but it stated, "We can't send a text message to this number." When trying a friend's phone, it indicated she was too far away. Feeling discouraged, I discovered this messaging website and thought I'd give it a shot. I need to access my Microsoft account for Minecraft Bedrock, and I am concerned about regaining access. Is there a way to unlock my account using an email address? I don't have any other working phone numbers for the locked account messages. I am hopeful I can regain access via email. I have exhausted all other phone number options.

My Microsoft account is currently locked for unknown reasons, and I am unable to resolve it. I attempted to use my iPad number from TextNow, but it displayed an error message stating, "We can't send a text message to this number." I then tried a friend's phone number, but it indicated that she was too far away. Feeling discouraged, I discovered this messaging website and decided to seek assistance. The issue is with accessing my Microsoft account for Minecraft Bedrock, and I am anxious about regaining access. I am exploring the possibility of unlocking my account using an email address as I don't have any other functioning phone numbers to receive the verification code. I am hopeful that restoring access through email is a viable solution.

I am experiencing difficulties changing my forgotten password due to incorrect or outdated security code sending options. Even after attempting to update my cell phone number and email, the system prompted me to recover my account, resulting in a 30-day wait period. This is problematic as I urgently need access for a court appearance and setting up Microsoft Teams. While I can still access my Hotmail account daily through my computer, the password is automatically saved, preventing me from recalling it. As my account is active, I believe resolving this issue involves adding a new option for sending security codes. Could you confirm this solution and provide guidance on how to proceed? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

My 87-year-old mother urgently needs to regain access to her old Hotmail account. Each time she attempts Microsoft's recovery process, she struggles to recall 3 outdated contacts or email addresses linked to the account due to her age. She is striving to organize her documents and accounts before her passing, yet numerous important details and addresses within the account remain inaccessible. The experience with the online support has been exasperating, leading to strong frustration. The current structures at Hotmail are impeding her ability to connect with the few friends she has left. Assistance from empathetic and English-speaking staff members who understand her situation would be greatly appreciated. It is disheartening to witness her distress, and a more compassionate approach is needed from the company. Contacting customer service has been unhelpful, and we hope for a more understanding response to resolve this issue promptly. Her old Hotmail account is [redacted], and the new email is [redacted] #frustrated.

I am the owner of Vocatix LLC, a software business. We purchased the domain Vocatix.com through GoDaddy and set up a G-Suite Google account, [redacted] Currently, this email account is unable to receive emails. When attempting to add a new email under our GoDaddy domain to resolve the issue, we are informed that our email is already associated with our Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I do not have the password for [redacted] linked to Microsoft. Resetting the email is challenging since we cannot receive emails at that address. Despite multiple attempts to provide the necessary information, our requests to retain the account have been unsuccessful. Consequently, I am seeking assistance from Microsoft customer service to either reset the password for [redacted] linked to Microsoft or to delete the current account for the creation of a new one.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I am trying to update my phone number but am unable to do so because my old number is still linked to it. I have tried numerous account recovery methods without success. I cannot log in to my Xbox or access my account due to the outdated phone number that I cannot change as my account is blocked. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me by calling my phone to resolve this issue. I have invested a significant amount of money in my account and am concerned about losing access. All I need is to update my phone number to [redacted] from the old number [redacted], which is no longer in my possession due to it being stolen.

I am currently attempting to recover my old Xbox [redacted] account. When I was younger, we used my father's email address for the account. As time passed, we upgraded to Xbox One and unfortunately forgot the password. The email linked to the account is now inaccessible due to changes in our cable provider. The cable company was sold, making it impossible to retrieve the email address associated with the account. Despite providing detailed information to prove ownership of the account and console during the reset process, the system consistently states it is insufficient. I am eager to regain access to my [redacted] account as it holds nine years worth of game history and purchased games.

I received a notification regarding unusual activity on my account and needed to confirm my details. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my account was outdated, making mobile verification impossible. Despite providing additional security answers and thorough information about recent emails, I failed verification multiple times, resulting in being locked out for 24 hours on two separate occasions. I've made over 8 attempts with the online form. When contacting customer service, they simply advised me to continuously fill out the form, which has been unhelpful. This process has left me frustrated as the only solution offered was to keep trying or create a new account.

To Microsoft Account Team, I am struggling to regain access to my [redacted] email account despite multiple attempts. I modified my phone number from our landline ([redacted]) to my cell phone ([redacted]) to receive text messages from Microsoft Outlook. This coincided with my use of Norton Password Manager, which may have led to the issue. I have been unable to find a contact at Microsoft to assist me over the phone. At this point, I am considering transitioning to [redacted] to avoid the ongoing difficulty with my Outlook email account. Thank you, George Kotz

In November [redacted], I bought Microsoft Office for my HP laptop, expecting a one-year subscription. Surprisingly, I noticed a $69.99 charge on my Discover Card today. I then acquired a Lenovo laptop in February [redacted] with a 15-month Microsoft Office subscription for $69.99. I believe no additional charges should apply until May [redacted], considering the extended subscription period. Recently, I encountered issues with Word stating the subscription had expired on the HP, prompting the new charge. However, I already paid for the subscription in November [redacted]. I kindly request the removal of the recent charge on my Discover account and no further charges until May [redacted].

Subject: Unauthorized Access to Microsoft Account Dear Sir or Madam, On 28.03.[redacted], I received 4 security notifications from your team. However, I have discovered that I no longer have access to my Microsoft account using my email and password as someone has changed it to "[redacted]," which is not my email address. This unauthorized change was a surprise to me. It is evident from your messages that someone has tampered with my security information/access details, including phone number and email address. Therefore, I suspect my Microsoft account has been hacked. Since I am unable to cancel the account from my end (as verification codes are now sent to the wrong email address), I kindly request you to dissolve the account and prevent any further activity through "[redacted]" Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you and best regards, Dietmar Clermont

I am feeling really frustrated. I've filled out the recovery form multiple times, but it seems I can't recall enough details to unlock the account. The email address is [redacted] I made it a long time ago under the name Hardwick before I got married and changed it to Gillespie. I used to live in Shreveport, but I can't remember the exact address. I believe the zip code was [redacted] or [redacted]. There are various files I stored like Gillespie Gifts, Kastlewear, Jon's Bed, and Alex. I don't send many emails, but some may have been sent to [redacted], with the last one having a question mark. My inbox might contain many messages from Standard Mortgage and invoices from auction houses in Texas in January and February, such as Walt Cade Auctions, Red Dot Auctioneers, and Rusty By Designs. I am soon turning 59 on 04/04/[redacted] and struggling with some technical aspects. Is there a way for a human to review this account and provide assistance? This is my only email, and I faced challenges when creating a new one with Google, which seems necessary to secure accounts. As for passwords, I think they might be dexkiz, dexkiz1, computer1, or computer1%. If I remembered the password, I probably wouldn't be locked out. I'm not good at remembering them and rely too much on technology. Thank you for the help. My given name is Marta Lise, which you can see spelled backwards in the Hotmail email.

I utilized Outlook for my AT&T email account, scheduling, and to-do lists on my laptop. However, I encountered an issue on Tuesday where my emails stopped coming through. Yesterday, I contacted AT&T for assistance, and the representative mentioned the need for a secure email key, which we successfully set up. After attempting to reconfigure the AT&T email account on Outlook, all efforts failed, leading to my schedule and to-do lists being disrupted or partially deleted. Oddly, I can still access my AT&T emails via webmail and on Outlook on my iPhone, with the problem only existing on the laptop version of Outlook. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts through support resources and AT&T, the issue persists, indicating an Outlook-specific problem. I aim to resolve this Outlook issue to regain access to my emails and restore the calendar and to-do lists. Thank you!

1. My MSN email is no longer working since it was hacked. Although I changed the password to block the hacker, I faced issues while trying to update security settings due to Microsoft's MFA protocol. I'm unable to cancel this email now. 2. Another Microsoft Outlook email, essential for my business, has also become inactive after struggling with security settings linked to Microsoft's MFA protocol under a new Microsoft [redacted] account setup. 3. Following numerous unsuccessful MFA authenticator attempts, I am stuck in a cycle of popup windows asking for passwords. Despite entering the correct password, I can't access any Office [redacted] programs purchased under my Microsoft [redacted] account. I need to speak with a Microsoft tech support agent by phone to resolve the email and MFA problems after verifying my Microsoft account.

I've used my email, [redacted], for many years. Unfortunately, I can't access it on my laptop currently, and I'm waiting for important information that I will need to print. Instead of my inbox, I keep seeing a permanent Microsoft ad urging me to create a new outlook account or sign in, options that I am unable to complete. The cellphone number provided for verification is incorrect. For text messages, reach me at [redacted]. I've forgotten my password and despite several attempts with different combinations, I'm locked out. I kindly request that the Microsoft ad with the woman be removed, and my Hotmail email access restored. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, M.H. Home landline: [redacted]

I purchased a new Dell 19-inch laptop last year. I kept it in the box until I needed it for taxes because my old Windows 7 computer was no longer supported by TurboTax. After using it for taxes, I struggled to transfer my AT&T email, FaceBook accounts, and old tax records. I planned to use it again for [redacted] taxes, but when I tried today, Microsoft Edge took over and forced updates that failed to install. Now, I can't open TurboTax or Malware Bytes due to Microsoft's actions. My new Dell is unusable because of this issue. How can I fix this?

I recently received an email that seems suspicious, claiming to be an Email Security Alert regarding alleged access to illegal websites from my email account. The email mentions accessing child pornography sites from a location in New Mexico and threatens to cancel my Windows License. It urges me to contact the MS Windows Support Team at 1 [redacted] for assistance if I did not make these accesses. Just want to confirm if this is a legitimate email or a phishing attempt.
