I paid for Microsoft Office for my HP laptop in November of ****. This is supposed to be for one year (at least that is what I thought). Today, I see another charge of $**.** on my Discover Card. Why am I being charged again? Also, I purchased a new laptop, since I was having problems with the HP. This laptop, Lenovo, had ** months of Microsoft Office for a price of $**.**. Since you can use this product on several devices, I feel that NO charges should be on my account until May of **** (** months from the purchase of the Lenovo in February ****). We had a problem last week trying to use Word. It stated that the subscription had expired (on the HP). I think that is the reason for the charge* however, as stated, I paid in November of ****! You need to take this charge off my Discover account and not charge me again until May of ****.
