On Monday morning, I was playing Madden 21 under my account, then fell asleep. When I woke up and tried to play again, I encountered an error message stating "Servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later." After repeated attempts, the issue persisted. Interestingly, when I logged into my girlfriend's account on Madden, I could play without any problems. On Tuesday, after chatting with a virtual assistant, I followed the instructions provided, only to find that the game had disappeared from my console. After re-downloading the game, the same issue remains - I am unable to play under my account but can do so under my girlfriend's account. This is frustrating considering the investment I made in the game through pre-ordering and purchasing additional content.

I'm having trouble accessing my office account to use the free version of Office Word. Despite setting up the account incorrectly, I am receiving the verification code at the wrong email address. I have relied on Outlook Express for over 20 years, and now I'm being informed that I need to pay for it. As a disabled individual on a fixed income, this is a burden. Furthermore, the idea of transitioning to a new email provider is daunting due to the extensive time and effort it would take to transfer my address book, which I physically cannot manage. Losing Outlook Express would be difficult as I am accustomed to it and struggle with computers. I hope there is a solution to this issue. I recently updated my phone number and am not receiving any emails because I forgot my password and Microsoft is sending a code to my old phone number. As a senior citizen with health issues, I need to receive emails for vaccination information. I've tried fixing this but can't update my phone number in Microsoft's system. I spoke to a Microsoft representative, but we got disconnected before updating my number. Please help me fix this issue as it's critical for me to get vaccinated for Covid. I made a mistake when entering my email address and have been locked out of my account. I realized I used "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]" The two emails are similar, which caused me confusion and frustration. I want to correct this error, switch my account to the correct email, and remove the incorrect one so I can fully access my account on my laptop. I purchased Minecraft from the Microsoft website and have the email receipt showing I paid $28.95. However, I encountered difficulties accessing the game, spending an hour trying to figure it out. Frustrated, I ended up buying the Java edition through the Minecraft launcher for $26.95, which I could access immediately. I am experiencing two issues. 1. I have Microsoft [redacted] installed on my laptop and would like to add it to my desktop computer as well. Yesterday, I received a notification from Microsoft that they would be working on my Outlook email. Since their intervention, I have encountered several problems. One major issue is that whenever I try to fill out any forms sent through Outlook, a pop-up window for Microsoft Support appears, stating: "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. I have been struggling for days to access my Hotmail account. The interface has changed, requiring a Microsoft sign-in each time, redirecting me to my Gmail account. I purchased Microsoft [redacted] and installed it successfully. However, when I navigate between different components of "[redacted]," I am constantly prompted to log in and then receive an error message claiming I do not have an account. Despite attempting to recover my account without success, I am directed to a website to change my password. Despite going through the reconnection process multiple times and informing them, we face long waits on calls and redundant checks. While trying to negotiate a more affordable bill due to retirement, we found the channel tier system costly with many channels we didn't watch. Discounts were temporary, requiring constant sign-ups. Transitioning to Roku for our needs, we visited the Rocky Mount, NC office for basic cable and internet. Initially quoted $48, additional charges led to a $[redacted] receipt. Numerous calls to retention for a fair $75 rate with promised discounts in December resulted in confusion and a bill totaling $96 plus a waived late fee, adding to the frustration. I purchased my Xbox Series S in December. From the first time I turned it on, I've had trouble finishing and enjoying games. When playing 2K21 Next Gen, my game shuts off during MyCareer and MyTeam modes, affecting my gameplay experience. The same issue occurs when playing Call of Duty and Madden 21. Despite contacting Xbox support multiple times, I have not received any helpful solutions. I simply want my Xbox to work properly, considering the investment I made in your product. Dealing with this for 3 months has been incredibly frustrating, considering my loyalty as an Xbox user for the past decade. I've been locked out of my Hotmail account for 30 days now. It all started on the afternoon of 03/10/21 when I forgot my password and the only option was to send a reset code to my landline phone, which couldn't receive texts. I tried the recovery form, but it may not work due to 2-step verification being turned on, which my husband accidentally set up. After multiple failed attempts, we were informed that we are locked out for 30 days. Today, on 03/12/21, I needed my Hotmail password to access my Facebook account, but I can't receive the code via email. I'm now completely locked out of both accounts.
