I recently encountered an issue with my Microsoft account when my emails stopped syncing on my phone. Upon attempting to log in online, I discovered my account was locked. After filling out the 'Microsoft locked account review form,' I received an email response indicating my account had been disabled for a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement. Despite reviewing the code of conduct, I couldn't identify any wrongful activity on my part. I've made multiple attempts to rectify the situation by replying to the email, resubmitting the form, contacting Microsoft via phone, and engaging in online chats, however, I have yet to find a resolution.

I am having trouble with my Flight Simulator Premiere Deluxe purchase from Microsoft. I accidentally ordered two copies due to password and account issues. I managed to download and install one copy in November [redacted], but I am unsure about the status of the second one. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Microsoft directly and have dealt with multiple conversations with my bank regarding the double charge. One of the copies was meant as a gift, which further complicates the situation. I am hesitant to request another download due to technical issues with the game and do not want to be charged for a second copy. As an experienced simmer, I need Microsoft to address this matter promptly and assist me in resolving it. The automated phone system and customer service contacts have not been helpful in resolving this issue.

I encountered an issue with Microsoft Word Starter [redacted] while working on a report. Following my move and transition to Comcast Xfinity, today was the first time I attempted to access the program. I have never experienced any problems with it before. I require assistance from a knowledgeable individual to help me retrieve my Word Starter program, which I have utilized without any issues for years. This program was part of my service bundle with Comcast. I am a writer, editor, and proofreader who heavily relies on this software daily. I seek a prompt resolution without the need to sign up for additional programs. I am looking for a support phone number where I can contact a proficient technician proficient in English. My email address, which remains the same following my switch to Comcast Xfinity from Watch Communications, is [redacted]

I need help with recovering my Outlook email account. I've tried using the chat feature for hours but got no results. When trying to reach a live person via phone, I was unsuccessful. On the recovery page, it asks for personal information and recently sent emails, but I only receive emails and don't send any from that account, making it hard to verify my identity. They used to call my home phone with a code, but now they only send texts. Since my home phone can't receive texts and I don't have another contact method listed, I'm stuck. I really just want to regain access to my email account.

I discovered an account opened under my name without my knowledge on this broker and stock site. It seems someone has unauthorized access to my phones and accounts. I reported this to the police and an officer came by to take a report. I plan to escalate this to my grandfather, a Sergeant at the sheriff's office, who will involve the FBI. The issue involves theft of my money, hacking into all my accounts including federal unemployment benefits. My mother is currently providing all the details to my grandfather. My email accounts affected are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I intend to pursue legal action against Google for the unauthorized access and financial loss.

Last November, my PC underwent a Windows update that lasted approximately 2 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, this update caused disruptions to my Microsoft Office [redacted] program, specifically impacting Outlook. While I can still view old emails, I am unable to compose or send new emails as I keep receiving an error message saying "Not Implemented." Although I can access Word and Excel, the process is cumbersome as the program frequently requires re-configuration. Upon contacting Microsoft support in South Africa and being redirected to their team in India, the issue remained unresolved. As a temporary solution, I have resorted to using Windows Mail for my emails, but find it lacking in features compared to Outlook.

I have been inundated with unsolicited emails from Outlook containing pornography and solicitations for inappropriate services. Despite reaching out to Microsoft and Google, the issue persists, and the volume of these emails has increased significantly. My concern is that these emails are also being accessed by my children who use the same email account. I have taken steps to mark the emails as spam, but the problem continues to escalate. It is alarming to receive such explicit content, especially considering the young users who have access to the email account. I reside in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and have faced financial hardships due to recent events in the area. While I am unable to afford legal representation at the moment, I am considering seeking legal advice if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I am experiencing issues with my Wi-Fi connection during the late-night hours. From 12 am to 9 am, the message "No internet, secured" appears. This problem occurred previously in August for several months and was resolved around mid-November. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact steps I took to fix it back then. Recently, after resetting my PC to free up space, the Wi-Fi issue has resurfaced. Despite attempting to reconfigure my Wi-Fi and update Intel drivers, the problem persists. When troubleshooting, the error messages suggest either a DNS server issue or a problem with the connection between the router, modem, and computer. Troubleshooting methods found online have been ineffective. It's also worth noting that no one else in my household is experiencing this Wi-Fi problem, only I am.

I have a Microsoft Outlook account that ends in msn.com. Recently, I've been inundated with suspicious emails from various sources. However, the one that caught my attention is an email I received at 5 a.m. It claims my account will be canceled if I don't respond to a request for information. The email threatens to stop incoming emails and permanently delete my account if I don't verify it, labeling it as the final warning and providing a "verify" button. The email supposedly comes from microsoftatadministration.com, which is unusual and concerning given the questionable emails I've been receiving. The threats of canceling incoming emails and deleting my account seem illogical. I want to clarify whether this is a scam, fraud, phishing attempt, or something else malicious from unknown sources.

Hello, I need help with resetting the password for my business account created for me under the United Way of Denton, a [redacted](c) organization. I tried to recover my account, but it said the "organization has not set up a recovery for this email." There is no helpdesk or admin at the agency that I can reach out to for assistance. Despite my attempts to recover my account, I keep getting the error message "this account does not exist" when trying to log in again just recently. I have reached out to customer service through online services and over the phone, but they couldn't assist me in resolving this issue. Is it possible to send a temporary password to reset my account or provide an alternative method for me to sign in? Perhaps removing the password requirement for my account would allow me to access it. Any form of support would be greatly appreciated as I urgently need to resolve this matter before resuming my internship training on Monday. Thank you. -A. Lacey

I need assistance with my Microsoft account setup. Currently, my Microsoft account is linked to my Gmail account, which is causing issues with the system. I intended to use Gmail only on Microsoft Outlook. I am looking to change my Microsoft account to a new email or account ID to resolve this problem. I can still access my email through my original Gmail account listed below, which is also tied to my Microsoft account. A phone call to walk me through the steps would be appreciated. Thank you.

While reading my emails, a full-screen message claiming a Windows and Microsoft security breach popped up, blocking my screen. Despite attempting to close it, the message persisted even after restarting my computer, which the notice advised against. A contact number (1-[redacted]) was provided, and upon calling, I spoke with Robert Brown from Micro Technology Services, LLC. He claimed expertise in Windows repair and identified compromised IP and hacking issues on my system, offering a 2-hour cleanup for $[redacted].99. He mentioned the importance of enhanced security against hackers, suggesting an additional detection service with three options for purchase. I allowed the fix and acquired the extra security but now question their affiliation with Microsoft or Windows support. If this was a scam, what steps should I take to ensure my system's security?

I have been billed repeatedly over the past few months, with multiple charges each month. I want to clarify that I do not own or have ever owned an Xbox. Being 71 years old, I have no knowledge on how to use Xbox, and my monthly income is just slightly over $[redacted]. These charges have accumulated despite my attempts to resolve the issue, and now I am struggling to pay my rent this month. Living in a retirement rent-controlled studio apartment, I am anxious because many charges have been made there recently. I have documented these charges and am willing to go over them with you. I urgently need to remove these charges from my account to be able to manage my expenses. I do not have a Microsoft account, yet it keeps prompting for a number I cannot provide as I do not have any association with Microsoft. I have tried the live chat and virtual chat without success. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I forgot to cancel three yearly subscriptions from the Microsoft Store: Microsoft [redacted] Office, Microsoft GoldUser Yearly, and Microsoft Winzip Pro. I do not need these services and would like to request a refund for all three subscriptions. I got charged for Winzip Pro on my statement, but it still shows I need to pay for it. Due to my current situation of being unemployed and homeless because of COVID-19, every dollar matters to me. Unfortunately, it took me a month to realize this mistake, and I couldn't find the appropriate website for assistance. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope someone can help me resolve this issue.

I have encountered an issue with my Xbox Live account associated with [redacted] I have tried submitting the form twice, but it has not yielded positive results. The problem lies in the fact that my bank account is being charged monthly for Xbox Live, yet I am unable to access and play due to forgetting my password, which feels nearly like theft. I am unable to cancel the subscription because of the password issue. I simply wish to be able to log into Xbox Live using my usual username, RDIVIN130, which I have been using for over a year and a half. However, I am unable to do so as I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the associated Gmail account or old phone number ([redacted]). Let's work together to resolve this matter.

I recently moved and my Xbox was disconnected in storage. When I tried to use it again, it prompted me to re-enter a code for Gears of War 5, which I no longer have since I moved. Additionally, I updated my phone number and password, causing further issues with access. I need to reset my Xbox completely to start fresh, as the current process is frustrating and circular. I wish to speak with someone to help me reset my system with a new password and phone number. Otherwise, I fear my Xbox will remain unusable and may resort to extreme measures out of frustration.

Hello support team, I have been repeatedly attempting to recover the password for my account, which I have forgotten. I attempted to use the last four digits of the number linked to the account for verification, but I keep receiving an error message instructing me to try again later. Despite numerous attempts, the issue persists. The email associated with the account that I am trying to regain access to is [redacted] I kindly request your assistance as I have important data, especially my old Facebook account, that I urgently need to retrieve. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my old Microsoft account which is linked to an obsolete email address. I received a forwarded email on my current email stating that another unauthorized email has been added to my account. Despite numerous attempts to prove my ownership of the account, I have been unsuccessful in recovering it. Moreover, the unauthorized person has now changed the password.

I am experiencing several issues that I would like to address. Firstly, following the recent update to build [redacted].[redacted], I encountered login problems with my fingerprint scanner and PIN. There was no option for alphanumeric input, causing my YUBIKEY to be unrecognized. The support representative initially claimed my PIN in Windows Hello was incorrect, but I proved otherwise. The update removed the alphabetic input checkbox, leading to potential lockouts for users with alphanumeric pins. Next, when attempting to use the virtual agent for assistance, it repeatedly looped without resolving my issues. The virtual agent did not cover real-world problems effectively. Furthermore, connecting via phone presented difficulties, with the agent's phone volume fluctuating unexpectedly. Overall, my experience with Microsoft has been deteriorating since I have faced numerous reinstallations and issues post-updates. I am considering reverting to UNIX due to its stability. It is crucial for Microsoft to address these issues promptly before losing customers to competitors.

I bought an HP laptop and Microsoft Office software. During activation, I mistakenly entered my email as [redacted] instead of [redacted], but it was accepted. After a month of use, the laptop stopped powering up. Under warranty, I visited an HP-recommended diagnostic center where they replaced the motherboard. However, this caused my pin to be reset and requested me to set a new one through Microsoft. Due to the initial email error, I am now unable to set up the new pin.
