For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.

in ordering FLIGHT SIMULATOR PREMIRE DELUXE I encountered password and account issues. in sheer excitement i ended up ordering TWO copies of the sim! hence, i am being charged for two. i am not sure but i think there is one still sitting in the quest waiting for download. i have downloaded (Nov ****) and installed one copy. unable to get in touch with Microsoft directly i have had numerous conversations with my bank with a claim yet, no live contact. with Microsoft. one copy was ordered as a gift, i admit but that was my trying to get past the account credit card issues. I say this in case that may complicate my solution. Bottom line i have the sim loaded, with some issues and i am afraid to (*) request another download as i need to do a complete reinstall do to some severe technical issues with the game* (*) i do not wish to pay for another copy of the sim! AS a long time simmer i need someone from Microsoft to look into this issue and get back to me. the automated phone and customer ser contact is not working for me
