Hi, I recently encountered an issue with my Outlook account. Someone attempted to access it and I got signed out. The recovery email linked to the account is inactive, and Outlook has been unable to reach me through the phone number provided, which is the same number through which I received tampering alerts. I have also attempted recovery through a different email, but it has been unsuccessful after 48 hours. What are my next steps to address this situation?

Good morning, I am seeking assistance from Microsoft Technical Support concerning the large package downloads being sent to my computer. The files are too big for my limited wifi accounts, causing errors and false negatives. Despite being identified as corrupt on your site, they are still included in the download package. I need these downloads to be separate and debugged. I am struggling with removing the files KB[redacted], KB[redacted], KB[redacted], KB[redacted] due to them being open in Windows Update. I have tried recovery methods, but the downloads persist. I prefer the old optional download method with checkmarks. I have exhausted all solutions provided by Microsoft Community and online searches. I am eager for human assistance without any charges. Elizabeth K. Windows 10 Lenovo user out of warranty. I am open to remote or phone support, without incurring any fees. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my emails through Outlook. I am using Office [redacted] on a Windows 10 operating system on a refurbished Dell computer. Despite my credentials being confirmed as correct by my provider's tech support team, I am unable to download any email messages. Interestingly, I can still access my email using the app on my phone, and my previous computer had no issues with Outlook as all messages appeared correctly. I believe I may require assistance in setting up Windows 10 and Office [redacted] on this new computer.

I am experiencing issues with my account and the verification process. The system prompts me to verify my account through a text message sent to [redacted], my only mobile number. However, the system claims it's incorrect. Despite a technician's assurance of account cleanup, the issue persists. I switched internet providers resulting in an invalid email address. Trying to create a new account with the updated email, I'm unable to use my mobile number due to it being associated with another account. For over a year, I've been unable to access my Microsoft account. My previous email, [redacted], is outdated, and my current email is [redacted], while my mobile remains [redacted]. Hopefully, someone from Microsoft can assist with resolving this matter.

My Surface laptop won't turn on. I've attempted various online solutions and held down buttons as advised. I sought help from a local computer technician who mentioned that due to the design, it's not meant to be opened as it's glued shut, making it challenging to repair. I purchased this laptop on July 19th, [redacted], spending $[redacted]. I'm disappointed as I could have purchased a $[redacted] laptop with the same issues. I am now wondering if I have any options for recourse or if I should start looking into buying laptops meant for disposal.

Hello tech support team, I have been facing an issue where my computer freezes or shuts down when I search for political topics on Google or YouTube. This occurs consistently whenever I search for content related to Trump or China, but not when I search for neutral topics like music, sports, or games. I am unsure if this is a technical problem or if my system is being monitored externally. Could you please provide some insight into this issue?

I seem to have locked my laptop as I forgot my PIN to log in. I attempted to use the "forgot PIN" option and provided my username as "[redacted]". Following this, I was instructed to verify via telephone on [redacted]. Microsoft called and asked me to verify by pressing the pound key, which I did, resulting in successful verification. However, after this, the laptop screen turned blue and has remained unresponsive since. Any attempts to get a response from it have been unsuccessful.

I can't remember my laptop pin. I utilized the 'forgot pin' option and provided my username. The system mentioned I would get a call on my recovery phone. I got a call from a Microsoft representative and followed their instructions, pressing pound to verify my identity. After that, my laptop screen turned blue and is now frozen. I need help from Microsoft to unlock my laptop.

I've had a Microsoft account for several years now since purchasing a laptop at Staples in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. Everything was fine until recently when I couldn't verify my identity to access my account. Despite changing my password, I kept receiving new numbers that didn't work. After chatting with support, they promised an investigation, but it's been two weeks now, and my account seems to have disappeared. I need access restored so I can buy puzzles from the Microsoft store again.

Trying to navigate Microsoft's support feels like being lost in a maze. It's frustratingly complex, especially for older users like me. I had a scare last Friday when I fell for a scam claiming my account was locked and ended up paying $[redacted]. "Robert" convinced me with a fake Microsoft logo. I found the payment went to H & P Global Ass and spoke to Evelyn there. Today, the money was returned. All I want is to reach out to Microsoft to know if there are actions to take. They added "Network Security" and "My Technician" to my PC, being unable to remove them. It took me 45 minutes to even find a way to contact Microsoft for help.

I have been trying to access my Microsoft account for weeks now. The issue started with the error "It looks like someone else may be using your account". I have a Parent Case# SRX[redacted]ID escalated. I am unable to access my One Drive cloud storage and transfer it to my new Microsoft account, despite having paid for the service. I desperately need to retrieve the files from my cloud storage. Microsoft support is currently unable to verify my identity, even after submitting various recovery forms repeatedly. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and the difficulty in reaching a customer service representative for further assistance.

Subject: Issue with E-mails Being Redirected to Archive Folder Case No’s.: [redacted] Initial Date Reported: October 31, [redacted] Resolution: Pending Hello, Upon contacting Microsoft Support, I discovered that initial technicians can only cover Office products, not Outlook. Despite efforts to resolve why deleted e-mails are ending up in my Archive Folder, the matter has now been escalated to LEVEL TWO, who informed me they'll only communicate via e-mail. In my interactions with Garvit G. from Outlook.com Support, I've highlighted my lack of technical expertise and difficulties following instructions provided. Unfortunately, some of the steps he mentions do not correspond to what I see on my computer. I received an e-mail requesting permission to view my account settings, which I cannot follow fully due to discrepancies in the steps provided. I've also expressed frustration at the lack of direct phone support like Apple offers, emphasizing prompt resolution. If a collect call option is not feasible, I am willing to cover the charges. I remain hopeful for a prompt and effective resolution. Thank you.

Today, my computer was hacked. I want to verify the authenticity of the Customer Support representative claiming to be from Microsoft. He was disrespectful, rude, and even tried to sell me a solution for the hack online. This is not standard practice for Microsoft. I suspect he provided me with a false identification. I plan to address this incident as I feel it requires resolution.

I was trying to adjust some settings in the command prompt, and now I can't access Microsoft Edge. The computer is prompting me to locate directories, which I find challenging to do manually. Whenever I attempt to use other applications or play games, a message pops up asking, "How do you want to open this file?"

I am having trouble accessing my account ([redacted]) that I have had for years. I need to retrieve important photos, contacts, and emails. The online account recovery process is challenging as I cannot recall the details of sent emails due to the account's age. I also no longer possess the same debit card. I am Bruce Ivester and I can provide proof of my identity. Please assist me in gaining access to my Microsoft account. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with my HP printer where it prints in both color and black and white offline, but fails to print in color when printing from my desktop. I used to be able to print in both color and black and white without any problems, except when temporarily switching to black and white by removing the color cartridge. I have now replaced both cartridges, and the printer functions correctly in both modes only when offline. My printer model is HP [redacted], and I am using Windows 10.

I had a Zoom meeting on Christmas Day using my MacBook Air and the meeting link was sent to my email [redacted] Since then, whenever I try to access my Hotmail account on my MacBook Air, the inbox doesn't load and is not visible. I can see the top blue banner with the Outlook options, search box, and other settings working fine, but the inbox itself isn't showing. Strangely, I have no issues accessing my Hotmail account on my work desktop or cellphone, only on my MacBook Air. Everything worked perfectly before my Christmas Zoom meeting. I tried contacting Microsoft Office support yesterday but couldn't get help. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 a week ago, and it worked well initially. However, recently the game has been stuck in a loading loop. After a few minutes, it would display a loading error message. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested on forums without success. Many others on the forums have faced the same issue. I am unsure how to proceed to either get a refund for the game or resolve this loading problem. Thank you.

Hello Microsoft Support. On December 29, between 3 and 4 in the morning, my account was compromised. The individual made several recovery requests using unfamiliar emails, deleting my security details, changing the password, reset email, and the method of authentication. I have had my Microsoft account for roughly 3 to 4 years and have invested a significant amount of progress and money into it. I possess various transactions, bank statements, emails, and other evidence to verify my ownership. When completing the recovery forms, I found the questions excessive as they requested information that seemed impossible for the hacker to know. I have retained previous passwords that I will provide, as well as purchase confirmation numbers and the emails I received during the breach. Please assist me in reclaiming access to my account!
